Restaurant staff is pathetic. My dinner was included in stay. Paid extra. There was no buffet. Got very less quantity of food served. Behaviour was not good. Breakfast was very bad, ordered lunch in room, food was nice but for a 20 rupees water bottle they charged 80. Only good thing was live music during dinner. Singer was good and pleasant. Front desk was good except for a fat person who was sort of rude. This hotel is not recommended.

The front desk is helpful but they take payment in advance. Room was comfortable but I was not happy about restaurant service for dinner. My dinner was part of package. I was given so less food options as there was no buffet. Chicken served was raw. Very bad service. A bottle of water costs almost 80 bucks which is otherwise of 20 only, that too in a government hotel.

Lobby Area was good but staff has no ***ners. They have full on attitude. Rooms are not maintained properly . Buffet breakfast was very pathetic. No verieties in buffet breakfast and plates are dirty. There is no name tags in buffet area and other live options. Very poor
