Maya Hotel

We booked 2 rooms and stayed for 2 days at Maya hotel. Excellent location and great rooms. They provide great service as well with decent complimentary breakfast. Really happy with the room size at the price, definitely worth the money spent. There are few things which should be improved 1. Car parking is not included even after booking the hotel room. 2. The hotel doesn't provide plastic chairs even on request. 3. Towels were not really cleaned.

I had a generally good stay at Maya Hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant experience. However, there were a couple of inconveniences. The key card system was problematic—I had to call the reception every time to get the door opened, which was frustrating. Breakfast was just okay. The staff seemed slow, and despite ordering a parantha, I never received it. That said, the location is excellent—right next to Dakshin Marg and close to JW Marriott, making it very convenient. Overall, it’s a decent place if you're looking for clean rooms and a central location, but there's definitely room for improvement in service and maintenance.

Was dirty and had to ask staff for items multiple times. Beautiful in the lobby and friendly staff just a bit disappointed with stay for the price I paid.
