請問這是海景房？海在哪裡？預訂的是海景房，房東給的根本就不是海景房。是按海景房付的房費。這樣“貨不對版”就屬於誠信問題了。衞生間就這麼點廁紙，沒有熱水，房東説有太陽能熱水器，可是澡都洗完了熱水也沒有來。衞生間淋浴房的玻璃上全是水垢，貌似就沒有認真的清洗過。這是我住過的所有的民宿感受度最差的民宿。

五一出遊價格有些上漲，好在老闆熱情。在前往尖峯嶺的必經之路上，倒也是因為方便。在縣城在旅行，就不要有什麼挑剔的了。

很少給酒店差評，但是這家酒店真的讓我很不滿意具體説：這是一家公寓，就是在小區裏的大開間，拖把，掃把啥的都是放在房間裏的，一點沒有酒店的感覺冰箱裏是噁心的黴味和發臭的東西，我想放點東西進去，結果打開冰箱門差點吐出來定了兩間房，其中一間洗澡的浴頭水特別小，另外一間房沒有沐浴露和洗髮水，兩間房一個三樓一個五樓，我洗個頭，跑上跑下幾趟才洗好😭房間沒有瓶裝水，沒有梳子房間的燈一半亮，一半不亮，床頭沒有充電的地方，電視下面有一個，不夠用，找了半天在桌子底下找到一個插座，蹲進去插的😂😂😂老闆接的時候倒是挺積極的，這是真的哦，對，下完單還得用微信付按金，感覺挺麻煩的總之，這個app上的分數絕對高了，體驗不太好

價格在景區中不算貴，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的快捷酒店好多了，服務態度非常好，值得推薦。到棋子灣高鐵站的時候已經是晚上10點了，不好打車，工作人員還安排了專車到高鐵站接的我，實在是太貼心了。公寓距離海灘直線距離不到500米，走路幾分鐘就到了，這邊的沙灘沙子超級超級細，踩上去很舒服，一點都不擱腳。非常好的一次入住體驗。

酒店環境很舒適，訂了房間進門之後內部的裝修也很棒，設施設備、床品都比較乾淨比較齊全，前台的小姐姐很熱心，服務很周到，房間微波爐冰箱洗衣機都有，第二天我衣服袖子脱線了，打電話到前台，幾分鐘就送了針線包過來，真贊。棋子灣景區交通不便，但是酒店可以租用電動車，解決了我們出行遊玩問題。

環境：環境挺好的，很幽靜，離海邊也很近，幾分鐘就到了，非常方便，房間佈置的也比較用心~

風景很好，本來定的是山景房，前台小姐姐免費給我升級成了海景房，生態真的特別好，小區裏面還有小松鼠跑。小區後面就是大海，一個人吃飽喝足之後，到海邊吹吹風散散步，實在是不想回去了。
