"This is our second time at Qiziwan New Century Hotel. Compared to two years ago, there's a noticeable decline, mainly due to the aging facilities. The surfing machine I was looking forward to was broken, and the conveyor belt for the inner tubes at the big waterslide was out of order. Despite this, we still bought tickets for the big waterslide as a family. Oh, and both of our rooms got upgraded for several nights, but one of them was noticeably damp, and the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly; it had a strong urine smell. On another note, I'd highly recommend dining at the hotel; it's clean, reasonably priced, and reliable. Other than that, we were generally satisfied. Keep up the good work!"
