The location is pretty good, about 900 meters from the Hunan Provincial Museum. There's a bus stop and shared bikes right outside! Facilities: 1. The mini bar didn't have drinks like cola like other Mehao hotels, only two bottles of mineral water. The small refrigerator was a bit hidden and unmarked, perhaps different standards apply. 2. The laundry room has a washer and dryer! However, the laundry detergent drawer needs to be cleaned thoroughly; it's a bit grimy when opened. 3. Plenty of hot water! The water pressure was also excellent! The only downside was that the toiletries in the bathroom weren't restocked regularly, and the room didn't come with disposable razors. Cleanliness: My experience did have a few minor hiccups, but overall, the cleanliness was fine. There are still some small details that could be improved. Environment: Many hotels in Changsha are multiple hotels within a high-rise building, and I'm not a fan of that type of hotel. So, I chose Mehao, which has a separate reception, restaurant, gym, and laundry room, which is fantastic! The room was high up, offering a fantastic and expansive view. Because of its high floor, noise disturbances were relatively minimal, and the hotel's soundproofing was also quite good! Service: The staff was very welcoming and responsive! Thank you very much to Ms. Xiaobei for her hospitality! Overall, the stay was quite good, but there's still room for improvement!
