出差到長沙，住了山水酒店第二天 出門就打電話給前台叫阿姨來房間搞衞生，出門是沒有帶蘋果耳機出門的。回來發現右耳機不見了，我已經離開長沙了 才叫我報警處理，當天晚上為什麼不叫我報警處理？我走了才叫。太不負責任了，就衹會説配合找，配合找到哪裡？找到什麼時候？以下看截圖

酒店環境位置不錯，大堂有個大堂吧可以喝喝茶，房間也很大一間，設施挺齊全的，衞生乾淨整潔，看得出來做的很細心。酒店早餐也可以，味道還不錯。前台147小姐姐服務特別熱情，辦理入住退房都很專業，好評好評！

第一次住這家酒店，環境衞生都不錯，也不吵，很安靜，大堂設計很商務化，感覺特別好，前台和客房服務都特別有禮貌，工作人員0146還給我們推薦了本地美食小吃，還有長沙特色景點，可惜下雨很多地方沒開放，下次再來吧

酒店體驗感不錯，房間衞生整潔舒適，洗頭髮的超級香，還買了一套帶回家洗，環境也是很安靜，離德思勤走路都可以到，最重要的是離酒店幾分鐘的距離就有茶顏悦色，因為外賣沒有寫房間號，我打電話給前台工作人員丁美女，她主動幫我送到了房間，服務貼心的呢[旺柴]

一進大堂左邊就是大堂吧，有茶水小點心，房間還配有咖啡，小洗衣機，冰箱，掛燙機，前台工作人員0146服務超讚，她給我辦理的入住和退房，不僅業務熟練，對客也好熱情，酒店位置也不偏，旁邊就是輕鹽和京師律師事務所，環境也很安靜，出差首選他們家酒店了

環境不錯，公區設計很有特色，整個酒店都香香的，大堂吧有免費的下午茶可以跟朋友拍拍照聊聊天，設施也很齊全，房間都是智能的，特別要點贊前台工作的小劉小姐姐，熱心大方，服務很好。
