Cosy and clean place. Smoke free hotel. Friendly staff. We asked for utensils from reception for our take away meals. Public transport is approximately 10-15min away from hotel.

The room attendants are lacking of experience.they must be aware if the rooms are occupied..receptionist are the best👊🏼🫡still im happy staying.😁thank you!

Overall good and the staff very friendly. Only the location maybe put board to Hotel direction quite difficult but the parking place is good.

It's a price-performance hotel with small rooms that you shouldn't expect too much from. We chose it without breakfast, it was the right decision. We had the chance to taste different flavors in the city center.

Very friendly reception staff! The room was tidy and it is also very nice that dogs are welcome. The hotel is located on a kind of industrial estate, which makes the location not ideal. But fortunately the connection with public transport is quite easy. Overall good experience!

Fantastic hotel at a really reasonable price its only downside was it was a 30min bus to Amsterdam Central or a 20min bus to Zaadam Central (these buses are not covered with a city bus pass sadly). Only its location let it down.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were squeaky clean. Only contras are the distance to Amsterdam and no fridge in the room.

This hotel is far from the center of Amsterdam but it is convenient to drive or local transit. It is in a safe area. Great staff!

The rooms were quite pleasant and modern but the location is terrible. Having “Amsterdam” in the name is seems misleading as its in Zaandam. My sheets had also appeared to not have been changed as there were stains, the odd hair and a bad smell to the pillow. The staff were quite friendly and again, it’s modern.

My stay was generally amazing in Amsterdam. The hotel was fair for the price. The rooms are small but what would you want when you dont spend the day there. Our room was a little bit stuffy and needed to be cleaned,they didnt clean it even after requesting. Location isnt too bad considering its 5mins to the bus stop. Reception was good,service excellent,didnt take time to check in or check out. They were kind.
