There is no parking lot. It is 30 yuan a night in the parking lot recommended by the hotel. The facilities are a bit outdated, but the kid in the bathtub still likes it very much. It is only a few minutes away from Wanda Plaza.

衞生：這家民宿真的好喜歡！有一種撿到寶的感覺！性價比高，衞生乾淨，房間物品擺放整潔，房間沒有異味，通風好，採光好，床很舒服，wifi很ok，房間很安靜也沒有噪音，整體都特別舒適。風景：江景民宿真的愛了，每天睡醒後拉開窗簾看外面的湘江橘子洲真的會讓人心曠神怡，一天都有好心情，房間還有一個採光很好的小陽台，180度的環形落地窗，化粧拍照休憩不要太舒適！位於市中心這個價格很nice！交通環境：民宿位置明顯好找，靠近兩條地鐵線路：2號線湘江中路地鐵站和1號線培元橋地鐵站，這兩個站距離五一廣場非常近，相比於住在人流繁雜的五一廣場商圈附近，住在這裡是個很好的選擇。湘江中路地鐵站距離橘子洲地鐵站也衹有一站的距離，交通方便。民宿樓下50米就是湖宗古街，晚上散步或者去打卡店鋪都很不錯。民宿樓下還有各種品牌的共享電動車，即開即停相當便利。我和盆友騎電動車次數較多，距離周圍景點都很近，沿路看看風景，很舒服~服務：住在這裏感覺很安心，民宿類似於酒店式管理，前台一直有人，有什麼問題和需要都可以及時得到解決，服務熱情周到。而且老飯和老闆娘人都很好，感受到了長沙人民的温度，我和盆友都住的很開心，而且我一直説下次來長沙還住這裏~推薦給準備來長沙不管是旅遊還是散心的小夥伴們，真的可以試試~

老闆很熱情，但房間太小的是硬傷（沒有達到房間詳情裏的18坪）與圖片不能説有點一樣衹能是毫不相關…屋裡衹能放下一個雙人床，兩個中號行李箱都很難打開放在地上。走路到五一廣場過去還挺遠的，建議打車去步行街💪好在樓下有便利店很方便～

訂了兩天
第一夜因為沒有預先訂到自己喜歡的房間類型，略有失望，不過好在還比較乾淨衞生，房間在走廊盡頭，挺安靜的，不過在七樓，樓下的車來往會有點吵鬧，但是窗户關了也睡得很好。
第二天老闆給安排了15樓，有大落地窗的房間，可以看到橘子洲和湘江水，還有沿江的車水馬龍，挺樂意，非常感謝老闆。離五一廣場也挺近，過兩個紅綠燈就到了，不遠不近，我們早餐和晚餐都走路過去，下次有機會還會入住

這個價格真的還可以了，就是房間太小了，有一點不好就是和客房説了不要進來打掃，還是進來打掃了，並且把我自己買的牙刷扔了，其他的條件的都還可以的。
