優點:1.入住第一時間管家就到啦，第一次碰到民宿有管家同步到家的。2.管家很熱心的一直在幫忙解決問題。3.停車小區收費，但房東遵守承諾給了。
不足:1.第一次遇到顧客到了，但房間沒電沒燃氣的。管家花了一兩個小時才解決。2.沒有電視或投影儀等設備。3.給了其他房間的WiFi≈沒有，完全連不上。4.三個房間的床，均比較小。5.距離嶽麓山西門很近，但距離東門或南門都需要開車30分鐘左右。6.還沒離開房間，房間已經自動斷電了。也是第一次遇到。衹住了一個晚上，大家一直覺得性價比太低，體驗感不好。

房子挺大，但是過於簡陋，房間有灰塵，馬桶也有一個壞的，被子也很厚，講究住可以。
