2024年4月13日入住該酒店，入住後，發生以下情況僅供各位遊客參考1.酒店熱水不及時，前台並未及時告知，而是在已經發生之後才告訴説酒店熱水需要3-5分鐘才來熱水，但實際等了六分鐘以上才有熱水2.酒店的隔音效果差，在晚上入睡時能夠清楚的聽到其他房間的開門聲，甚至是走廊的腳步聲3.酒店的床單有破洞，酒店給我的反饋是一客一換，我也不懂為什麼一客一換能讓房間存在破洞的床單4.酒店的被子床單不衞生。2024年4月14日，在酒店退房後，隨即前往萬家麗吃午餐，用完午餐後便開車回家，期間身體並未接觸任何物品，到家後，洗熱水澡脱衣服之前發現身上有很多痘痘，然後和攜程管家溝通，希望酒店方妥善處理，結果酒店方告知要去醫院出示相應診療結果才願意處理，隨即前往醫院就診，醫院醫生明確表示，這是接觸性過敏，和食物過敏沒有任何關係，相應病歷上也有寫明，反饋給酒店，酒店不認可説不是及時的反饋並不能好好處理，並表示出於人道主義可以賠償50元，酒店的出爾反爾，推卸責任的行為與攜程方酒店管家的細緻入微，能夠與用户感同身受，會站在用户角度想問題形成了鮮明對比，最後酒店也沒有任何錶示和歉意，並教導房客以後遇到問題必須要及時反饋才能認可，這種行為讓我覺得可笑，第一次給酒店寫如此差評，也在這裏感謝攜程酒店管家的細心耐心，希望攜程越來越好，也希望此類酒店越來越少！

位置優越:一公里以內有一個超大的商場，旁邊就是洋湖濕地公園以及李子健美術館、謝子龍美術館 交通便利，出行方便:樓下很多小黃車可以騎，走幾百米就有地鐵，距離我想去的大學城也衹有四站地鐵 衞生乾淨:一進門男朋友就表示房間衞生很乾凈，連自帶的睡袋都沒用上，一次性用具很齊全，意想不到的是一次性毛巾又大張又好用 強力推薦！！！價格很適合學生黨，而且退房時間比一般酒店都晚，下次還會再來（照片是快退房的時候拍的）

酒店整體環境都不錯 前台小哥哥小姐姐態度好 地理位置優越 臨近地鐵口很方便 免費停車場，存放東西也很快，到旁邊商場也很近

酒店性價比很高，牆面剛換過，看着很新。去李自健美術館和謝子龍攝影館很近，走路也就5-6分鐘的事，看完展覽和同事沿着江邊走回來的，曬着太陽好舒服，周邊環境太好了，難怪説長沙連續很多年都是最幸福的城市，下次來長沙還要住這裏。

酒店十分便利，出酒店去河西各個地方都方便，而且老闆人很好，會推薦很多當地人才知道的飯店，蒼蠅館子，很好吃~

老闆人很好免費給我們升級了房型，帶小孩來住還安排了靠近小區的房間、晚上很安靜，出行坐地鐵也很方便，住起來挺舒服

整個酒店衹有前台一個服務人員，並且衹有一張卡，想再要多一張卡，説是沒有了。環境條件特別差，房間裏還特別臭，沒辦法長時間在房間，住店不到兩個小時實在受不了那個臭味，衹好退房了再在附近找了其他酒店入住。忘了拍照了。
