這裏離湘雅醫院很近，酒店住的超級滿意，停車方便，因陪長者是到湘雅附一醫院做康復檢查，需要把葯品做冷藏處理，前台小姐姐服務熱情細心，妥善安要求保管好了葯品，謝謝！二樓餐廳吃的湘菜味道很地道，房間衞生也很乾凈，整潔，下次來還住這裏。

辦入住時前台小黎小姐姐笑臉迎人，讓人感覺很舒心。大床房也睡得超級舒服，床很軟，房間的設施設備也很先進，房間還有免費水和零食，連茶包都是立頓的。還有免費牙具，梳子，洗髮沐浴露。十分便捷。沒事還可以坐在飄窗上面看風景。停車也十分方便，露天的。就在樓下。

非常推薦入住，酒店附近的交通太便利了，就在開福寺對面，到五一廣場就有地鐵1號線直達，幾分鐘就到了，關鍵是酒店工作人員善解人意，非常貼心，早餐品類很豐富，味道很地道，因朋友來訪，前台工作人員知曉原因後，把退房時間往後了兩小時，出門還送了免費冰水，感謝！

酒店前台工作人員熱情專業看我帶了兩個孩子，免費升級了親子套房，孩子們進入房間後就開心的躲進了小帳篷裏面不肯出來了，房間設施很智能，裝修的很舒適，比四星級酒店的設施設備還要好，房間衞生也很乾凈，強烈推薦

進入大廳，很清涼。空調效果很好，前台小黎態度很好，很快就辦理了入住，連着住了三天，前台小黎很熱心，幫忙介紹了附近很多好吃好玩的地方，對面就是古開福寺。房間乾淨整潔。還有免費西瓜贈送。離開時急急忙忙忘了開發票。聯繫前台，小黎很負責，幫我開具了。謝謝小黎的熱情服務。

酒店各方面都不錯，位置在天福寺對面，距離地鐵口四五百米，1號線到五一廣場衹有3站，去市中心很方便，比較安靜，設施齊全，有洗衣烘乾，智能馬桶，房間還有個飄窗，唯一不方便就是沒有早飯，周邊小吃店也很少。

隔音比較差，走廊上一點點聲音都能聽見。翻新的質量不行，相當粗糙，細節有不少問題，花灑是壞的，房間也沒任何裝飾畫，很單調。跟標準的米漾酒店相差太遠，服務標準也有所下降，前台並不熱情。
