當你從清晨的鳥鳴和小販叫賣聲中醒來，推開窗花，藍天下，街對面的暗紅色木屋引入眼簾，小巷鄰居們似乎在打着招呼... 這樣開啟旅居的一天是多麼的愜意。 由衷推薦這家讓人賓至如歸的民宿酒店。
它地處城中心縣前街與店頭街接壤處，距離汀江的濟川門步行衹需10多分鐘，交通十分便利。
酒店由客家老宅改造而成，是座6井9廳2層的木結構庭院。精美的木雕和人性化的擺設隨處可見 ... 印象最深的是前廳的木雕藻井和地上對應的石雕圍欄，雕刻精美經典，客人彷彿置身於悠久的汀州文化之中......

在長汀古城裡，位置很好，宅子古色古香，木雕細節隨處可見，天井中養了一衹孔雀。老闆很和氣，服務周到，逛古城那天一場急雨還送了傘。
房間設施還算全面，就是古宅改的民宿都不大隔音，房間面積偏小，主要住一個氛圍和意頭。

本來是五一臨時決定的行程，碰巧看到這家酒店還有空位就預訂了，結果發現意外的好看，古色古香的，大廳裏還有一衹孔雀，人住在裏面就是一整個穿越感拉滿。老闆服務態度也特別好，開車進古城，跟着導航走錯了路，老闆也會跟過來指導我們找停車位，還會告訴我們哪裡好玩哪裡好吃。順便説酒店的位置就在古城裡麪，他那個方便，去各個景點步行就可以，體驗感特別好！

這家民宿是此次長汀之行的意外驚喜
相當於入住在景點裏，古色古香，一步一景，看得出老闆想保留原宿的特色的同時帶給入住者更多更好體驗感，很用心啦

來到狀元樓真是選對了，環境非常好，剛好在古城的中心點，逛古城也方便。店家也很熱情，服務很好，以後再來還是首選長汀狀元樓民宿！

兩個房間加300元升級，老闆很熱情，民宿在卧龍書院景區附近，離店頭美食街很近，吃着小吃喝點小酒很愜意，生活放慢腳步還是很美好的

非常好的一家客棧！！強力推薦。過來長汀前老婆不經意刷到這間，看起來挺有特色。這是古代就是驛站。和老婆商量一下，來這種古城遊，住有特色的民宿比住常規酒店更加有體驗感。車到附近路有點小。打給工作人員馬上出來帶路。車就停在大門口。進來看到房間非常贊。古典乾淨。暖氣強勁。雖説早上8點左右有半小時人來人往上班高峯的車流聲。這不也是人間煙火再好不過的體現嗎，打開窗户探頭望下去，可能西大官人就在樓下，哈哈哈。老闆和工作人員也是很和藹，非常推薦！！！

狀元樓民宿坐落於長汀古城歷史文化的核心區域，卻又不失方便（側門可通停車場），我們住這裏過大年三十是個開心正確的選擇，狀元樓—孩子圖個好意頭，入門的院子古樸典雅，充滿歷史的厚重感，如同穿越回古代。這種體驗難能可貴。而住房房間卻又現代簡約，床品乾淨舒適。
