房間乾淨，離考點很近，早自助餐豐富，總體來説對的起價格。但是前台服務急待提升！原説12點退房，因為考試延長到了13:30這點感謝大堂經理！但前台有個女服務員真的很差勁啊！11點半考完試申請然後不懂變通，問為啥不能續時間，衹知道説晚上有預訂，不確定人家啥時候來，其他也不説什麼，哪怕你有理由的説我們今天這種房型總共有幾間，你看系統裏已經有幾間定出去了，我也理解，但不擺事實衹一直強調就是不能續真的很欠缺服務意識和能力，之後11點35上去房間後，房卡權限竟然取消了進不去房間，真的無語😓如果大堂經理沒有協調續時間，那我服務那塊一顆星也不想給！

酒店的環境和衞生都還可以，看到評價説早餐很豐富，前台服務好，還有機器人送東西才選擇的這。不知道是初四沒正常營業還是其他什麼原因，沒有早餐自己出去找的吃的，也沒有小機器人給服務，前台接待也不冷不熱，大過年的沒感覺到任何的熱情，選擇住這挺後悔！

酒店大廳明亮整潔，非常舒適，前台小姑娘熱情洋溢，服務態度非常滿意，房間沒有異味，特別乾淨，還有機器人，房間也有智能小度，設施齊全，比較新！

酒店是2022年開業的，各項條件及設施都比較新，乾淨衞生，客服專業熱情，挺好的，早餐豐富，酒店門前，地下都可以停車，很方便，是一次很好的旅遊體驗。

環境很好，房間整潔乾淨，服務人員態度和藹，好評，以後來長治還住這家。美中不足就是周邊吃飯的較少，環境稍微偏了一點，離濕地公園很近

因為第二天要去政務大廳開會，所以定了這家酒店，地理位置非常好，離着政務大廳一條街，房間環境也很好，因為這幾天一直挺冷的，還在考慮是不是晚上需要開空調呢，沒想到屋內特別暖和，一點都不冷。屋內有贈送的水和茶飲，非常貼心，早餐的種類也很多，下次開會還是會選擇這家酒店住！
