星空房很有意思，小朋友超喜歡，上樓下樓這裏那裡玩的不亦樂乎。酒店西餐廳外面有很大一片草坪，還有小童樂園，小朋友也玩得很開心。酒店的客房管家陳祖羣很棒，加了微信有什麼問題都能問他，回消息也很及時，幫忙訂了酒店的晚餐也比其他平台團購便宜，還送了小朋友的玩具，體驗很好~酒店離南山竹海很近，走路幾百米就到了，泡温泉也方便，親子出遊推薦！

酒店的客房管家陳祖羣，回覆及時，安排到位，每條訊息都解釋得很清楚。管家還送了小朋友1個草莓熊，小朋友非常開心。管家還贈送了2杯星巴克券讓我們回去的時候路上喝。進入酒店，每個服務員態度都很友好，親和力好，有禮貌。臨走時酒店還贈送了糕點路上吃。温泉很方便，酒店裡麪穿過走廊就到了。買的含旅拍套餐，送了3張照片，沒有強制性消費，攝影師也沒有因為我們不買套餐有其他情緒，對我們很友好，因為我們趕時間，照片處理的也很快。

森酒店房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，超大陽台窗外一片綠意盎然，樓上閣樓充滿童趣，榻榻米也可以當床鋪哦，小朋友不出門也可以在房間玩一天的[強]客房管家陳祖羣服務熱情負責，微笑服務、認真專業，有什麼找她可一一安排妥當[強]。是一次難忘的住宿體驗。離景區南山竹海御水温泉也超近。下次還會再來哦！

Loft設計非常家庭友好，小朋友開心得不得了。酒店乾淨整潔，距離南山竹海步行可達，且從酒店可以直接通往御水温泉，遊景點結束直接泡温泉太幸福了。特別要感謝我們的管家小姐姐陳祖羣，全程貼心服務，並且給了我們很好的行程建議。

最靠近南山竹海的一間大酒店，居住環境很好，並且自帶温泉。開電車去的，充電也方便。從酒店步行到南山竹海景區十分鐘路程。酒店的中餐廳也很nice，分量也足。我們四大兩小，點了個2-3人份套餐，居然沒吃完。周邊農家樂餐廳也很多，評分也挺高，價格實惠，沒踩坑。酒店一樓還有小童遊玩區和大草坪，給小朋友玩一整天都沒任何問題。樹上還看到松鼠，環境絕對！遺憾是沒有泡個温泉，據説也是當地特色。管家很貼心地送了好多伴手禮，有小點心，有小玩具，還有星巴克的咖啡券。酒店提供的早餐也不錯，品類豐富，供應齊全。

管家杜芳服務到位，酒店整體服務也非常棒，在向前台反饋了房間的一點問題之後，前台直接給升級換了別的房型，酒店的自助早餐非常不錯，種類很多。不足的是親子的遊樂設施和活動太少了，周邊的農家樂飯店口味都很一般

三天兩夜，非常感謝杜芳老師，為我這個司機+伴遊+攝影+修圖剪輯，簡稱老公的物種省去了大量的心思時間，比心感謝。
最直觀的優點是距離景區非常近，而且酒店送了地纜票。就可以趕在大巴團上山之前一路小火車加地纜去看熊貓，畢竟那兩衹貓崽過了中午就是圖二的亞子。
第二是私湯spa，我愛人泡了三個小時，然後誇了三天。
第三是中餐廳的板栗燒雞和排骨燒筍，板栗我們還專門打包了一份。魚頭鍋其實沒必要非得喝。西餐廳的早餐和下午茶（圖一）也還不錯。但咖啡的話，我倆都推薦大堂自動咖啡機的冰生椰拿鐵，早餐的咖啡偏苦。

這4.9的好評是怎麼來的。我在房間的淋浴房和浴缸中間摔倒崴腳了，這樣的房型，浴室浴缸和房間連在一起，黑白大理石有一點點水劑根本看不出，非常的滑，房間裏面沒有任何的防滑的提示，也沒有防滑墊。我在酒店的房間裏摔倒，酒店是有責任的。我可以要求酒店賠償我的損失，但最終我衹希望酒店可以安排車把我送回上海。但是到目前為止酒店沒有解決我的問題。
我是一人從坐高鐵從上海到溧陽，與我同住的朋友來自晉江和淮安，與我不同路，由於腳腫痛我沒有辦法走路，我提了一個要求，酒店安排一輛車把我送回上海，他們不同意，衹同意把我送到溧陽高鐵站。我再提議打車回上海的車費酒店承擔一半，他們也不願意。從早上10:30，與管家溝通失敗後，一直等到下午一點才等來了經理，經理最後説送我一張天目湖御水温泉度假酒店主樓的房券，然後就走了。但是我不需要房券，當下我首要的是安全回到家中，讓崴傷的腳好好恢復。
管家和經理一直強調，他們酒店（天目湖御水温泉度假酒店）成立以來我是第一個在房間摔跤的客人。話裏話外不是他們責任。帶我去醫院檢查拍片了就是仁至義盡了。對了中間還提議可以給我買根枴杖，這種話説出來毫無意義吧。酒店沒有很積極的與我們商量溝通，反而在我提出將我送回上海這個要求後，將我們晾在房間等了兩個多小時後才出現（期間打過電話，去前台問過，沒吃中飯，一直等管家經理過來）。經理出現後也沒有積極解決問題，事情能拖就拖，最終是我們沒能拖得過他們，餓着肚子灰溜溜的走了。分享一場糟心的入住體驗。目前攜程還在與酒店交涉中，希望攜程可以幫助他們的用户得到一個合理滿意的處理方案。
