A great alternative hotel option in this area…deceptively spacious rooms, impressive facilities and excellent staff. The evening buffet is exceptional value for money but don’t expect much service after 8pm! There doesn’t seem to be a bar although there was beer available at the buffet dinner.

I checked in early in the morning, but there was no one at the front desk. I waited for almost half an hour and made many phone calls before the front desk arrived late. When I arrived, I said that I was dealing with the guests, and I was vague and unwilling to answer the questions. There were obvious stains on the sink after check-in. I booked a lake-view room, thinking it was West Taihu Lake, only to find out in the morning that it was just a small pond. In short, the experience is extremely poor.
