We are a family of three and there are only two sets of toiletries in the room. After telling me, I was very impatient and sent them. It was so cold at night and the air conditioning was not working. I had to ask him to come and see it. He The boss didn’t know if it was because he was impatient, and there was nothing to eat on the mountain. It was only after eleven o’clock that he found that the pillow was too soft and uncomfortable. He asked him to get more pillows, he said. It's too late. A room can only be equipped according to standard, without pillows. It's funny. Your room is for four people and only three sets of pillows are given. Is it called standard? ! In short, as a platinum member, I also stay in hotels a lot. I rarely give negative reviews, but your service attitude is not suitable for opening a B&B. The location is remote and inconvenient. The most important thing is that the facilities are not good and the service awareness is not good. .

民宿地理位置很好，房間窗户就能看到日出和雲海。但是！有幾點差評不吐不快：1、民宿所有工作人員都沒有服務意識，對待客人都愛理不理，要主動詢問才回答；2、入住前我們反覆詢問確定有早餐，然而當天早上去到餐廳，告知我們大部分早餐已經被採茶工吃完，衹有少量粥，讓我們額外花錢買他們的方便麪和麪包吃；3、床單被子枕頭衞生堪憂，回來後全家每個人身上多處長了皮疹，很癢！4、房間地上、牆上有許多小蟲子爬來爬去。

適合潮汕人的早餐，很好。個人滿意度很高，環境不錯。居高臨下，觀雲間可以直接這樣看，風吹走雲霧整片山海盡收眼底

離鳳凰天池比較近，老闆熱情，房間乾淨景色好，像坐在雲裏一樣，以後再來！

看過評價和房間風格才確定訂房，到達民宿我家小孩兒無比高興，老闆面善人還熱情，想特別推薦的是民宿天台就能看到日出，好幸運首次來就遇上初起晨曦。本次住宿體驗很滿意，有再來的期待。離民宿不遠有家農家菜也推薦）

位置：臨近天池，從酒店步行上天池的話大概半個鍾，酒店附近有一條小路可直接到天池，重點重點重點，不需要門票哦。美食：吃的話，酒店衹有泡麪，不過步行個三分鐘，有個農家菜，人均大概40-50元，填飽肚子是沒問題啦。設施：設施的話衞生間的話缺個吹風筒，另外酒店還有幾台洗衣機，如果需要洗衣服的話可以用。風景：我們住的是205房，樓層的東北角，剛好望到外面的風景，另外如果不想隔天早早起床去天池看日出，可以上5樓天台看，也是不錯的。注意事項：山中不僅早晚温差大，需要注意添衣保濕度也不低，所以窗户不建議大開，不然被子會變得潮濕。
