This is the most cost-effective homestay I have ever stayed in. The accommodation is close to the ancient city, and there is a sightseeing bus nearby that costs 10 yuan per person (8 yuan per person for the return trip). It takes you directly to the ancient city gate, which is very convenient. The details of the room are also very well done, and the washbasin is equipped with corner guards. The water pressure is very strong and the bath is very comfortable. The most important thing when traveling is to do laundry. There is a washing machine and a clothes dryer on the 6th floor of the B&B. When I came back late, the landlady helped me collect the clothes. I was really grateful. The proprietress is very polite and enthusiastic and will introduce the characteristics of the ancient city and tourist attractions. The price of the homestay is great value for money and the facilities are better than those of star hotels. A recommended homestay.

We booked the B&B by chance. It is located in Beiguan Village, Xiangqiao District, only 35 minutes' drive from Chaozhou Ancient City and 35 minutes' drive from Jieyang Airport. The whole building of the B&B is the owner's own house and it is a family business, but it does not affect its advancement with the times. The door needs to be unlocked by hand, which greatly improves the safety factor. The whole building is equipped with elevators, and the rooms of the B&B also have password locks, one card per room. The rooms have a large interior space, proper linens, wardrobes, Internet, TV, and wireless networks. They are equipped with disposable bath towels, face towels, and toilet covers. If we have to pick a shortcoming, it is that the toilet does not have dry and wet separation, but it does not affect the overall stay experience. It is also very convenient to order takeout, and it is also convenient to go to several popular attractions. The B&B is very close to the Han River. After dinner, you can go for a stroll to feel the evening breeze on the river. Finally, as the words on the plaque at the door on the first floor say: Make guests feel at home!

每個房間户型都有些不一樣，這個大床房比雙床房面積要大，浴室大一倍哈~ 就是周邊沒什麼早餐店，門口有個家庭作坊腸粉店，比較鹹吃不太習慣，其他家早餐店要步行10分鐘以上~ 總體晚上週邊還是比較安靜的

民宿很乾凈，床上用品不錯，老闆一家都很友好，服務主動熱情，位置也可以，出巷口就是韓江，傍晚在堤上散步欣賞韓江大橋夜景，往右邊就是遊客中心，有擺渡車前往古城（付費10元/人）清明假期民宿價格挺優惠。

雖然民宿在城中村，但位置很好，離潮古城不遠，停車方便而且免費，一棟新建的私家樓，房間不少，有電梯，裝修得很新也很好，房間很大，裝修用料好，佈局不錯，設施齊全，衞生很好，店家服務主動熱情，性價比高，很滿意。
