整棟別墅三層，每一層房間都有獨立洗手間，房間乾淨衞生，一樓還有KTV，逛累了晚上點個外賣燒烤再唱首歌非常愜意，很適合一家人住，或者部門團建，房東還非常熱情，給我們推薦吃飯的餐廳都很好，沒有踩雷，這次旅行吃喝玩樂都很nice，下次如果還來潮州首選這家民宿。

入住第一次，感覺非常棒！！
我們十個人，第一次住民宿，分開四個房間，設備完善，沒想到娛樂配套齊全，特別是卡拉KTV，音響超級棒！我們大家都覺得很喜歡這次入住，下次再來也會再預訂，而且要多住兩天啊！

位置很好，步行去潮州古城十來分鐘👍還有k房遊戲機麻將等娛樂設施，下雨天的晚上在民宿幾家人大的小的都玩得很盡頭👍房東的綠植養得很好，最上起來還可以在三樓的小花園欣賞一下花花草草，最後還去附近買了房東介紹的牛筋丸，很好吃

超級滿意的一次入住體驗，房東服務態度好，民宿乾淨衞生、地理位置好離景點近，步行即可。在民宿我們大人可以唱K，小朋友玩遊戲機，簡直是太快樂了！（小朋友都捨不得回家了）

別緻的三層小樓，鬧中取靜地理位置絕佳，屋內乾淨雅緻，睡眠體驗舒服，房內設計能滿足各類人數的需求，老闆準備的潮汕茶味道極好，下次來還住這。

在網上兜兜轉轉最終定的小西樓，果然沒失望，兩家人住寬敞，關鍵位置好，鬧中取靜，去哪裡買東西都很方便，古城和廣濟橋也很近，走走路就到了，下次有機會來還住這裏，強烈推薦！娛樂設施也很棒，大人玩遊戲機都玩的好開心

非常愉快的一次出行體驗，房間很乾凈，去的幾天天氣不太好，但是呆在房間裏也不無聊，可以k歌，打遊戲，小朋友玩得很開心，房東也很熱情，反饋及時，需要什麼立馬就給解決了，因為行程有變提前一天離店，老闆也是很爽快得就同意了，總之體驗感非常好！推薦
