Response from Property: I booked a loft suite for 258 per night on the first day of the Chinese New Year. It had a bathtub and a projector. They sent me travel guide in advance and all my requirements were met. You say it's bad, but where is the problem? Is there a problem with you or with so many people who have given good reviews?

Response from Property: During the rainy season some time ago, some rooms on the first floor were dealing with wall panels, so there was dust in the hall. The water leakage in the wall panel of the room you are staying in has been dealt with, and you made the reservation before the wall was re-painted. All rooms have now been processed. The B&B is in an ancient city. It is normal to be surrounded by old houses. If there are no old houses, it is a renovated commercial ancient city. We run a B&B, so we can't renovate the surrounding local residents' homes. Next door is a historical cultural relic protection unit listed in the ancient city. The interior of the B&B was newly renovated in 23 years, with a modern, clean and hygienic environment. The B&B has installed a standard security system. When you go out, you will be monitored by Ping An Chaozhou. How can it be unsafe? Of course, we don’t have the standard of a hotel that’s hundreds of dollars bigger. After all, we’re only a B&B with a per capita price of a few dozen.
