I have booked 4 rooms for my family. I did not purchase breakfast. The front desk has given me a resonable price enable us to enjoy their simple and nice chinese style breakfast.

晚上12點空調漏水漏到滿地都是水，當時已沒有同等套房或者相鄰房間替換，衹能在這個悶熱的大夏天沒有空調地將就睡一晚。前台姐姐連地都拖不明白，把房間的水拖到客廳廁所到處都是，很濕很濕的那種，最後還是我讓她拿了一堆毛巾，自己半夜擦乾，不然滑倒都不知道怎麼辦。圖一拍得不夠清晰，是一開始漏水的照片，就真的漏得很嚴重，我都差點滑倒了。看着服務員拖了等於沒拖的地，圖二是我自己用幾條毛巾擦了之後，自己擦完都還是有點濕，可以想象有多少水。
一開始經理説退一半房租，我不接受，後面攜程非常好地承諾另外一半他們會退我們，結果漢庭酒店知道我們會給差評之後直接跟攜程那邊反水，連那一半也不願意出！漢庭酒店怎麼説也算一個連鎖酒店，原來就這服務和解決問題的態度！
以後擦亮眼睛選擇酒店吧，一開始就是奔着套房+新開選擇的，那邊地理位置非常不好，到處都在修路塞車，周邊設施也少。

對此酒店的停車服務很不滿意！在酒店停車場內，其他房客的車阻擋了我們的車，工作人員居然無法聯繫到房客移車，還要從監控找是哪個房客的車？整個大無語！最後是我們打交警電話才移走，前後耽誤了一小時！影響了後續行程，影響出遊心情，糟糕的一次住宿體驗

真的太差了 入住當天三點抵達 沒有房間能入住 男前台説因為都是華住會的會員所以延遲退房 退房較晚…並且看了我一眼 可能因為我是攜程預訂？感覺自己被歧視了 和攜程客服進行協商 攜程給了幾十經濟補償並且説我可以再進去開房現在有房了 前台也會給我進行解釋 而事實是我進去的時候男前台已經離開留下一個可能剛來的女前台然後全程無交流…出門玩了這麼多次住了這麼多次漢庭 第一次下午三點無法入住還被歧視 對攜程的處理感到及時且有效 對酒店前台感到無語 以及住的附近好似在裝修 第一天晚上半夜被吵醒 不知道具體幾點然後八點又被吵醒 想着也是來玩就起床了 第二天晚上還是繼續吵…不明白為什麼大半夜一直在幹活滋啊咋啊的電鑽嗡嗡的 總之是一次極差的體驗

酒店很新，各項設施齊全，前台有冰箱可以借冰東西，飲用水管夠，前台服務人員都很有禮貌，位置稍稍偏一點，不過距離古城也不會太遠，性價比極高。

地段不好，火車站出來乘 k 2公交下車還要走10分鐘，周邊光禿禿沒啥店，我要續租還不讓我續，住客根本沒安全感，我馬上換到附近比他地段好，價格便宜，房間更大的民宿，所以這個店是斬沖頭的店，勸大家多多比較不要上當！

酒店蠻新的，樓下就有便利店，稍走幾步就是財富中心，離古城有點距離，但打車容易。
前台的服務態度很好。
外賣選擇餘地大，小機器人送餐可可愛愛。
就是大廳放了台打印機，一看到這玩意，“班”味就上來了。
