It is a gorgeous century old property designed in a traditional Teochew architecture. Much of the original fixtures are still intact. It was unfortunate that it rained continuously during my stay or I would have loved to have some tea in the courtyard. The bed was comfortably hard (which I liked). Hot water broke down on the second day due to a short circuit but was quickly rectified. Owner is helpful even during wee hours. While located on a quiet street, it is within minutes from the bustle. Definitely highly recommend this gem.

同事全家上月來潮州旅遊，回來讚不絕口，很有古韻的一座城市，美食一絕，説的我立馬心動了，同事還推薦了他們入住的民宿，説老闆人很熱心 ，店裡環境服務都很好，民宿在潮州古城內，步行就可以到達各個景點，出行就餐都很方便。聽人勸不吃虧，下車後直奔店裡，果然如同事所説，古色古香的小院，很有南國韻味，老闆是地道潮汕美女，很熱情熱心，給我們介紹了潮州各大景點，潮州特色美食，推薦了好幾家當地人常去的口碑餐館，還貼心介紹了各家餐廳檔次，大概消費價位，從這點就能看出老闆的細心真誠。房間裝修風格是南洋華僑風格，確實有影視劇裏南洋華僑宅院的感覺。房間很乾凈整潔，床單被褥洗漱用品 品質都不錯，最難得的是房間還配備了紫外線消毒燈更給人安心如家的感覺，老闆還送了當地時令水果，臨走又送了伴手禮，歡迎下次再來，很有人情味的一家民宿。有時候一次愉悦的旅行，不衹在於風景，更在於遇到美好的人。以後我也會推薦朋友再來潮州體驗這裏。也祝老闆生意越來越好。

非常好的房間，很寬敞，裝修風格是我們喜歡的，而且小院在古城區巷子裏，出行方便，房間有陽台，單邊位置，隔音很好，房間光線也很好，衞生好沒有異味，孩子很喜歡。

就在古城附近，潮州的景點也比較集中，基本住在這裏，去哪裡都可以用步行，衹是小院沒有停車位，要去附近的停車場，好在附近不止一個停車場，比較方便。

就在古城裡，鬧中取靜，老闆人很好，把自己的車位給我停，非常感謝，幾乎就在古城正中間，房子跟新，剛裝修，但沒啥味道，房屋本體還是文物，很棒
