On the evening of the 25th, they told the waiter that the TV remote control was not working well. The waiter came to operate it and said that the screen would take two seconds to appear. On the morning of the 26th, he told the front desk that there was something wrong with the TV. He said that he wanted someone to check it out; when he returned to the hotel at around 2 pm on the 26th, the TV still couldn't be turned on. He asked the waiter to change two batteries, and it was fixed. The female store manager said: Our hotels are all smart, but smart things can cause problems... 2. There is no ironing machine in the room. I asked the front desk on the afternoon of the 25th and was told that there was one at the front desk and I could take the clothes off. So, I came back in the evening and took the clothes to the front desk. As a result, I couldn't find the water tank of the ironing machine. When I found it, I said it was dirty and was being cleaned. The female store manager said: You can go to Ctrip to see, our hotel does not provide ironing services... 4. The hotel breakfast for 1298 yuan per night is as shown in the picture. I told the waiter that this was too salty. The waiter was just like the store manager. She said: This is our braised food. We also have a side dish called pickles... (PS: Very salty dishes are called pickles? It’s the third day in Chaoshan. I ate a plate of braised food on the roadside and was so salty that I was speechless. A look of truth...) 5. 百年老牌豪華酒店，離牌坊街狀元牌樓咫尺之遙，離古城牆，永濟樓十分鐘的路程，滿滿的民國風。早餐很精緻，味道沒得説，數量不多剛剛好。每個員工都洋溢着熱情的笑容，貼心周到的服務，舒適優雅的環境，是潮州酒店的不二之選。

地理位置超好，就在牌坊街旁，鬧中取靜。房間不錯，夠大，兩張雙人床可以住得下兩大兩小。送的水果和點心好吃，早餐要特別贊一下，味道好份量足，阿姨還特別熱情地介紹美食，吃完就問要不要再加。房間有膠囊咖啡。但洗手間設計不太好：一是沒有門，馬桶和淋浴間還共用一個門，私密性差。二是花灑高度很尷尬，不可調節。三是淋浴間防水不好，很容易漏水到外面，還滑。

老房子新設計的酒店，就在牌坊街狀元坊旁邊，差不多是潮州古城的中心，去哪裡都很方便地步行可達，酒店也有觀光車接送。服務一流，每天的早餐不同樣，下午茶就送水果和小點心，他家的綠豆餅比外面買的好吃百倍，回來送同事都説太好吃了。他家的鹵鵝也一點不輸外面的，非常好吃！

酒店很有歷史感，在古城牌坊街中，出遊方便及了，工作人員熱情好客，因古城開車是有時限的，到店前很温馨提示客人出租車開在何位置，酒店負責接送，讓我們感受到象家人一樣，住了三個晚上，早餐每天都給換新樣，精緻美味。建議客房中應有個桌子或寫字枱，方便手機充電或寫點東西。

除了價格有點高 其他的真挑不出毛病 本身就是一個有歷史的建築 有歷史的酒店 服務很好 完全不像那些差評裏説的 因為照片都是帶家人的 不想出鏡 大家還是自己去感受一下吧
