I don’t understand where the doubled price comes from. In addition, the toilet in the double bed room is outside the corridor, and it is a pit. It also says that it cannot be a large size, which is very inconvenient. I am not used to particularly high pillows, and my neck and shoulders were sore for two days. You can drink tea and watch the cats in the courtyard. It is not convenient to drive by yourself, there is no place to park, and the parking fee for roadside parking spaces is nearly 50 yuan a day.

The courtyard is very simple, with a teahouse, green plants, and antique flavor. The room was a bit crowded and there wasn't much room to put things. The host is very enthusiastic and helps introduce nearby attractions and food. He is very hospitable. Those who want to understand Chaozhou culture and like old objects and old houses will definitely like to live here.

服了，第一次給差評，大半夜難受得睡不着。第一硬件太差，床很硬還有蟲子咬的很癢。第二是蹲坑？？？完全忍不了，不説智能馬桶基本成了民宿標配，幾百塊馬桶而已。。第二，房間有個小門和院落就是鐵塑皮門，衹有一把小鎖，安全漏洞很大，如果是女生單獨出遊千萬別住。因為老闆也不住這裏，給了鑰匙就走了，也沒有守夜人。此外，去哪兒並沒有要求入住人全部實名，也不驗證身份證，看了下前台基本設施都沒有。。。這就是第三軟件跟不上，民宿要麼主打價格優廉，要麼位置優渥，要麼服務熱情。老闆也不熱情，我們來的比較晚九點多，沒有提前打電話問我們來不來，來了給了鑰匙交代不要喧嘩就走了。問有沒有茶喝，説你們自己泡吧。唯一優點可能就是房子是老民居？有點建築風格。但這樣也完全不夠支撐250＋的價格。

第一次來潮州，到古城之後試着訂了家民宿。入住後果斷續訂兩晚。雖然是老房子，但很乾凈廁所無任何異味，你敢想？有院子，有公共喝茶的區域，蹭老闆娘的鳳凰單樅……… 像到了老友的家，這就是緣分吧，下次來潮州一定會首選此處。

入住體驗感太差了！入住也沒有看身份證，房子有點陰暗膽子小的建議不要選擇，整個民宿就兩間房，我們入住的閣樓房，床硬到讓你懷疑人生！根本睡不着。
