The service was very prompt. Can add their wechat to communicate. Upon entering, the kitchenette and dining are and living room is very nice. The view is also spectacular. My family enjoyed spending time to eat and drink at the dining area while looking at the night view of the riverside from the window. Not much food options around, need to take a short ride of taxi out, but not an issue for us, as we are there to meet relatives and friends mostly. Worth the stay and the facilities of the apartment is all good.

Good location , overseeing the Guangji bridge . Beautiful scenery . The house is spacious and clean. The owner is friendly and helpful.

Communication with the host was quick and helpful throughout. The apartment can be a bit tricky to find, as the entrance is via the side lift next to the Crowne Plaza. However, the space is clean and spacious, with a fantastic view overlooking the famous Guangji Bridge. The only downside is the limited dining options nearby.

以往都唔敢訂公寓，睇評語多數話衛生唔掂，冷氣唔夠，訂左無free cancellation。基於呢d 原因我唔會考慮公寓! 後來比2808號d相吸引眼球，view 好正，裝修好靚，最重要有3間房，完全岩哂我要求。爬文後用家都一致好評，令我十分放心預訂。
服務 : 管家覆微信十分快。我訂完唔夠5分鐘，管家即刻打電話比我(當時我有諗過係唔係kk園, 因為顯示係境外電話) 叫我寫低電話加佢微信。之後管家比入住基本資料我。到左入住當天，管家比埋入住pw & 登記流程。退房，秒退按金。
衛生 : 非常乾淨。我已經淘左一次性床上用品，完全用唔著。我每日外出後，通知管家執房安排清潔。
設備 : 基本上同酒店無分別，洗頭水(無護髮素)、沐浴露、牙刷、牙膏、梳、拖鞋。一次性浴巾 & 面巾。有免費水果、汽水、支裝水。有洗衣機、洗碗機 & 雪櫃。冷氣非常充足，超讚。
房間 : 3間房，兩間房各一張2米床，一間房兩張3呎床 (可以拼在一起)。不像其他公寓只有一房，另一間係將睡床放左廳。每一間房都有廁所 & 浴室，但空間比較細。如果主房有浴缸更好，方便浸浴。
位置 : 漢江邊，view 一流。唔洗去現場同人迫，可要睇到廣濟橋早晚合/拆浮橋、燈光 show。call 滴滴去附近牌坊街、西馬路美食街都好方便。
住左3晚真係唔想走，實在太舒服。房價雖然唔平，但各方面都對得住個價。真心誠意推薦。

因工作需要，第一次來到了潮州，入住後看到房間簡潔大氣，衞生清潔工作也不錯，現代感設計元素較多，顏值超高，特別是夜間氛圍高級感十足，超大落地窗裝修，開放式客廳風格，窗外是潮州古城霓虹夜景及廣濟橋燈光秀，妥妥的城市夜間會客廳，我們在這裏約見了潮州的客户，社交私密又有儀式感，低調奢享，合作自然而然輕鬆又順利，同行的幾個同事都説是間幸運公寓✌✌✌，下次有機會會再來的😎

關注這套公寓好久了，剛好朋友來潮州，做為東道主，安排了2808給朋友住。超級贊，房間乾淨衞生，配套服務方面就是五星級。白天可以看到廣濟橋的景色，晚上可以看到燈光秀，朋友説下次來還要住這裏！

汕頭朋友來潮州遊玩，臨時決定留宿一晚，差不多晚上10點，才臨時急匆匆在攜程訂了2808號公寓，沒想到公寓管家也是熱情盡職，向我們保證10分鐘後便可以辦理入住，一進公寓，滿滿的驚喜，廚房、冰箱、洗衣機、工夫茶具一應俱全，房間整潔乾淨，連浴室也乾淨的反光，衞生間一次性洗漱用品一應俱全，家居硬件都是採購有品質保證的大牌子，比如TOTO的衞浴，他家的床墊居然是斯林百蘭的床墊（PS:柔軟舒適，體驗感簡直不要太好睡了）……
早上起床，潮州還在下大雨😂，不過也透過公寓的落地窗，也看到了不一樣的廣濟橋雨景，煙雨濛濛的廣濟橋，活脱脱就是一幅濃粧淡抹總相宜的山水潑墨畫，也算是意外收穫😄
