My recent stay at your hotel (guest name: Nick Li) was absolutely delightful! Breakfast was quiet good—it was not only diverse and freshly prepared but also served with genuine warmth by your staff. The local specialty dishes were a particularly nice touch!
The front desk team was professional and efficient, proactively assisting with any requests, which made the stay even more comfortable. The location was also ideal, whether for business or leisure.
I truly appreciate the exceptional hospitality and will choose this hotel on my next visit!

We visited the Crowne Plaza in Chaozhou for a Wedding event. Check-in was SUPER FAST and by friendly staff that introduced themselves. Smiles and clear instructions given in English. The event was held on the 3rd floor and the food preparation was excellent.
The room (34th floor) was very clean, smelled nice, and had a nice view over the local area. The windows had automatic shades which worked nicely. The bathroom was very clean. Although the door is a little "non private" it worked well and the shower and toilet area was very clean. The hairdryer cord was a little short to reach from the recepticle to the mirror, but we made do. I would suggest in the future as they change room dryers, they should evaluate the cord length to ensure it reaches the main bathroom mirror.
We enjoyed the tasty western buffet breakfast. Good selection of meats and all sorts of bakery treats. The french toast and waffles were our favorite. The sausages were yummy too.
All in all we had a very nice, but brief stay. Hope we can stay for much longer next time.

Food and amenities are good, but disappointing service given the price paid is double to triple of the amount charged by other options in the city. Specifically: 1) Bought a package which included dinner set but they refused to acknowledge that dinner was included until after a series of negotiations and after we contacted agent who pointed out to them that they did not see the terms and conditions on the slip from agent to hotel. 2) Request for birthday surprise through agent was not received by hotel. When asked to note the birthday surprise, it was sent to the wrong room. 3) During check out, the deposit was not returned within 10-15 minutes as suggested by the staff at check out. Had to call long distance to sort out the issue (though they sorted it immediately upon receipt of my call). Perhaps more staff training would help to improve overall service quality.

The hardware’s excellent. It’s near many sightseeing places. The room is clean and user friendly.
The service is also good. Buffet breakfast is good enough. However, there is still room for improvement in the food served All-day dining restaurant in the afternoon and some dishes in Chao cuisine for dinner.

The hotel is very close to the Guangji bridge which is famous and historic in chaozhou. The room is clean and comfortable.
