設施：就是城中自建房，馬桶要自己接水沖，空調沒有加熱功能，條件比較簡陋，潮州春節住宿太貴，性價比太低。好處是地段比較好，吃飯購物非常方便。

熱水器是壞了吧，開始我用的時候 是沒燒好還是怎麼的 水温很冷 沒感覺到熱水 洗個澡冷死 後面我老公去洗時候 就全是燙水 沒冷水 一打冷水這邊就自動關電了 空調風也是直吹床上 遙控器要按好幾次 才顯示數字 一會又自動加高風吹冷死了 都害怕把小孩吹感冒了 價330元 不值

民宿在小巷子裏面，安全環境堪憂，進去的時候還有流浪漢在小巷路中間，一羣人在路口吃燒烤喝酒吵吵鬧鬧！進入房間到處都是厚厚的灰塵（圖片為證）廁所要自己接水沖馬桶，本來訂了兩天，有事想要提前退房，結果平台扣費老闆還要額外再扣30%手續費，不給手續費就不給退房！真是太氣憤了！

這次入住害慘我們了，床單被套都很薄，空調衹製冷；晚上在房間裏找被子沒有，打電話給老闆送了一床薄薄的空調被，完全解塊不了我們被寒冷帶來的痛苦，從零晨2點多到一家四口，被傷及了三個我完全沒有了入住的快樂，衹有苦#服務
