The front desk service is also good and polite Overall it is acceptable But it's like a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star

Received a complimentary room upgrade, which was excellent! The room's cleanliness was also very well-maintained, a definite plus. On the downside, the breakfast area was too crowded; I'd suggest opening more sections or expanding the dining space. The complimentary shuttle service from the high-speed rail station was initially a positive. However, the driver subtly yet persistently asked me to add him on WeChat to solicit a good review as soon as I got in the car. This was a definite drawback! Overall, despite these issues, I'm still giving a five-star rating for this stay. However, if the driver explicitly asks for a review in person again during my next visit, I will certainly deduct points.

Our room was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. It’s an ideal spot for couples visiting Chaoshan, and we had a truly enjoyable and comfortable stay. The front desk service was exceptionally warm and attentive. Highly recommended! ☺️

My family had a wonderful weekend, and this hotel was a huge credit! First, the location is incredibly convenient, a 12-minute drive from the high-speed rail station. The hotel offers free shuttle service, and it's very close to the Longhu Ancient Village scenic spot, making it a breeze. The hotel environment is exceptional! The interior is elegant and quiet, and the lobby's unique design is very stylish, featuring models of Chaozhou Ancient City and the Guangji Bridge. The room and amenities exceeded our expectations: the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the child fell asleep as soon as they touched the pillow. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the water pressure was great for a refreshing shower. The room decor and amenities were truly high-quality. Full marks to the service! The room was efficient and professional, and they proactively upgraded our room. The housekeepers were incredibly thorough, even returning the children's messy toys to their proper places. The cleanliness was truly amazing! The floors were sparkling clean, the bathroom spotless, the towels were fluffy and white, and the disinfectant smell was soothing (not overpowering). Staying with children here, there was no need to worry about hygiene. The gym was also very clean. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely stay here next time I visit Chaozhou!

Tai'antang Howard Johnson Hot Spring Hotel is indeed well managed and operated in a grand manner. It is located in a quiet area with good air and high forest coverage, making it suitable for hiking, drinking tea and spending time. It has a rich breakfast, a hot spring scenic area, and a Qilin Pavilion.

Very good free pick up service from and to the high speed train station. Not much eatery nearby though the hotel has its own restaurant. The room is bright and spacious though we had a free upggrade. The bed is very comfortable. Carpet is a bit stained but overall cleanliness is good. There was a big group of students staying .They were making a lot of noise and we had 3 prank calls mid night disrupting our sleep. I had to take the phone off the hook.

I chose this newly opened hotel on Trip.com. Although it is a bit far from the city and the high-speed rail station, there is a pick-up station service. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic, greeted with smiles, and checked in quickly. Because of poor sleep, they did not arrange a room on the street and adjusted it in time. The arranged room did not expect to be a large floor-to-ceiling window, a wide view, humanized toiletries (different colors), dry and wet separation in the washroom, intelligent toilet, clean and tidy mattress. Although the breakfast variety is not too much, it can be full to meet the needs. It is also worth mentioning that the little handsome guy who picks up is patient and has questions and answers. When we return, we need to bring some fast food on the road and can take the initiative to introduce us to buy it. Thank you very much for the hotel's careful operation and service. The hotel is a 5-minute drive from the train station. There is a free pick-up service and the driver is very nice! The hotel room is Vienna-level, but the bottom of the bed is dirty. Everything else is pretty good. There are plenty of restaurants nearby (5-10 minutes walk). The beef hotpot in this town is one of a kind, you must try it! Very good value for money!
