James (property manager) was so incredibly helpful. Assisted with organising taxis, gave us lots of information about what to do and where to go. We stayed here for one night before we took a ferry to Martinique (only a 10 min walk to the port) and one night on the way back, and he even kept our big suitcases safe for us so we only took smaller bags with us. The property is a great location for the ferry. The rooms are basic but really clean and have fridge kettle etc. To note, there aren’t really restaurants around, we had KFC for dinner because we arrived about 5pm and most things in Castries shut.

A big thank you to James for fitting us in at very short notice and also for sorting out with the taxi driver late at night. The room was lovely and spacious and we appreciated having a kettle to make a tea. An ideal location for the ferry and the town. what an amazing view from the veranda, and so nice to have our breakfast out there. Would definitely stay here again if I were to revisit the island. Also excellent value for money.

I needed a place to stay near the ferry, this did the trick for that. Otherwise this was a pretty crappy spot. Tough to get to for the taxis and once there I was asked to pay in full even though I have already paid half through *******. No food in the area and a pretty rough place in general.

This is property has no standards it smells old full of mosquitoes no channels on the television I can go on and on, I was more disappointed in ******* than anything else for have this on there site

We had two separate, one-day stays at this property at either end of a trip to Martinique. The property is located close to the ferry terminal and Castries (10-15 minute walk). However, it is at the top of a steep climb which would not suit everyone. That said, the views are great! Rooms are fully equipped, but basic. Breakfast is available if requested. It would have been nice if there was tea/coffee included, but I suspect the owner would arrange this, if asked. Great for a stopover or for travellers on a budget.

What stood out for me, above everything else, was James, the owner of the property. Nothing was too much trouble. Whilst the rooms might be quite basic, and yes, you have to share a bathroom, the place is spotlessly clean throughout. In addition, the kitchen has everything you might need. And of course there is that AMAZING view across the harbour. Whilst the walk up the hill, to reach the property, is an inconvenience, it’s well worth it. Only a five minute walk to the ferry, this budget accommodation is a great choice for your springboard to or from the island of St Lucia.

Clean basic accomodation in area close to ferry terminal. Manager James was very helpful. We arrived tired after a long journey and he rustled up sandwich and cold beers on the terrace, with great view over the harbour. Easy walk down hill to dock for early morning ferry next day. Recommended for travellers looking for something simple clean and convenient to port.

James makes one feel welcome as soon as you arrive. The hotel is conveniently close to the ferry terminal. It is clean, has hot water. Beds are comfortable. James will provide breakfast and/or his famous BLT for dinner for a price. Restaurants in town are mostly closed by 6p. There is adequate flat parking although the driveway is steep. There is 2 flights of stairs.

We arrived on a late ferry, so the convenience of the location is perfect... Although I wouldn't walk to the place at night as you have to walk through a not very nice neighborhood.
During the day it's ok.
The owner was very helpful, room was comfortable with ac and good wifi.
They offer breakfast for usd 10 if you want.
Close to town and the market.
