Great hotel to stay in on our trip from Michigan to Florida its always friendly and very welcoming and clean,its our 1/2 way point and very convenient off of I-75

My stay was excellent. The time I walk in the door Ben was smiling and friendly customer service. I know I was a little early but he made me feel at home and found me a room that was well cleaned.

Clean and comfortable with great amenities. Free breakfast offers omelets, bacon, sausage, French toast sticks, bagels and other breakfast breads, fruit, cereal and more. The quality of the food was so-so, but not bad for a complimentary breakfast. The complimentary happy hour each night is a fun offering as well, although the alcohol is on the cheap end as expected. It gets super crowded for both breakfast and the happy hour so come early. The room was comfortable although a bit simple for a Hilton brand. Stains on the couch were a bit off-putting, but the room was clean. The parking is terrible. The hotel shares a lot with Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and Nothing Bundt Cakes which takes up half the parking in business hours. Even without those businesses, there wouldn't be enough parking. There seems to be overflow parking in a shopping mall parking lot behind the hotel, but it's a bit of a walk. Lots of food options nearby including a Publix. The hotel is about 15 - 20 min from downtown Chattanooga depending on traffic and route.

We booked a room with a balcony through *******. We checked in and when we got to the room, there was no balcony. After our inquiry, the receptionist said there was no room with a balcony. We then asked for an adjustment in the price, as the room with a balcony I paid for was more expensive. She said she couldn't make any adjustments as I had booked with *******. I contacted ******* and they offered me 60 dollars as compensation for what happened (which I accepted, but did not receive).
About the room, we saw small cockroaches in the bathroom...
Regarding the reception staff, they also left something to be desired. First was the problem of the wrong room. Then, one morning, we got in touch to find out the breakfast time and she said it had already finished. Almost 45 minutes later we went downstairs and coffee was still being served...
Anyway, the hotel is beautiful but, overall, I wouldn't stay there again.
And now I will have more reservations about booking with *******.

The entire hotel was completely immaculate. Courteous staff, and we enjoyed the complimentary reception and breakfast. The kids loved the pool! We appreciate the hospitality greatly.

My family and I had a nice weekend trip to Chattanooga. The hotel is in a great location and very convenient to many shops, restaurants and stores. The hotel was very nice, very clean and comfortable.

We checked in for our reservation for our family of 6, went up to our room, opened our pull out couch to find that it was a twin bed. There was no place for a 6th person to sleep. They had no roll away beds available. They suggested providing extra blankets and pillows to sleep on the floor… or that 3 people could sleep in a queen bed. We had to leave and drive 1.5 hours to another hotel. What a frustrating experience, with no apology either.

Like all the Hilton's they have to use different towels -Marriott's are always better by far. Breakfast at this hotel is now very "controlled" in what you can consume. Front desk attention was just the basic -with no people in line to think he was pressured to finish.
