"The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Drum Tower, and some rooms even offer direct views of it. Downstairs, you'll find a lively bookshop street with a wide variety of local snacks. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff are incredibly dedicated and responsible, providing excellent service, which I'd like to commend. The hotel also has parking, which is very convenient if you're driving. In the room, there's complimentary Haibi soda, which isn't a knock-off, but a genuine local Henan product, so feel free to enjoy it. It's delicious!"

"LOCATION is great. Just beside drum tower and a very nice bookstore street which alos transforms into a street market at night. My room faces the road so there's some road noise but it's not a major thoroughfare at night so it gets quiet after late night with some light honking occasionally. The room type I bought has lots of living room space which I like. No lack of food options absolutely if you stay here"

"The hotel environment is absolutely stunning, a perfect blend of sprawling green spaces and Song Dynasty-inspired architecture, making you feel like you've traveled through time. The facilities are brand new, and the staff are incredibly enthusiastic and responsive. On the afternoon of our check-in, Kaifeng experienced an unseasonal heavy downpour. The service staff remained very calm, and within minutes, a technician arrived to check the drainage. Later, I requested room cleaning, and they responded promptly, even bringing a fruit platter. All in all, the stay was an excellent experience, five-star recommended!"

The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the amenities were high quality. "We went for the Spring Festival, specifically for the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. The hotel is very close to the night market, and there's a bus stop right outside with a direct bus to the garden. The hotel and rooms are pretty basic, maybe a 2-star equivalent. The price was several times higher during the Spring Festival, but what can you do? Kaifeng has become incredibly popular in the last two years!"

"Traveling with family, we were looking for a hotel with large twin beds, and we found this one that actually had two 1.8-meter beds! It's perfect for families with two children. We opted for the 1.8m and 1.3m family suite, which came with a living room and was quite spacious. The massage chair was brand new and very comfortable. The hotel service was excellent; the front desk staff proactively introduced local attractions during check-in, recommended places to eat, and even provided a tourist map. They also have a laundry room with a dryer, which is very convenient. For just over 200 during the off-season, it was an incredible value. It's also very close to Kaifeng Mansion, just a few hundred meters away. We managed to rush with our two kids and even caught the opening ceremony!"

"The classical garden design offers a new view with every step, creating a wonderful atmosphere. It was my first time staying here, and the staff proactively escorted me to my room, otherwise, it would have been quite difficult to find on my own. The room facilities are relatively good and it's very quiet, with decent soundproofing. The hotel breakfast is mainly Chinese, with noodles, wontons, and also bread, salad, stir-fries, and fried noodles. It's quite filling."
