"Traveling with family, the guesthouse is located not far from the main gate of the village, which is also the starting point for exploring the village. It's especially beautiful at night when the lights are on. Outside the village gate is a square, and you can even watch performances from the guesthouse upstairs, perfect if you want to avoid the crowds. There's a small river in front, and the flowers in the courtyard are exceptionally vibrant. The owner also has an adorable 8-month-old dog. The room itself is clean and tidy, and the owner is incredibly kind, offering tips on what to do and recommending great food. We had a wonderful trip overall."

I also really appreciated the attention to detail with things like high-quality tissues, slippers, and even the toilet. The five-star butler service was outstanding – even better than what I usually experience at five-star hotels. I stayed at another place nearby on my first night, which was similarly priced, but the facilities, service, and food quality were significantly inferior. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting the village!"

"This guesthouse is stunning and amazing at the same time. I work in the tourism field and I have never seen such an amazing and accurated caring for guests. The host and his wife are the nicest persons ever met in my life. Knowledgable in everything, excellent professional hosts who know how to make your trip an amazing and successful trip. Rooms are clean, spacious, with all the amenities a guest needs with a really good sense for the design. At the ground floor they have such a nice space for all guests where people can relax themselves by reading, drinking a good cup of local tea or coffe and simply facing the mesmerising view of the Dong Village and experiencing an indoor campfire. We had a wonderful night around the fire with some new Chinese friends and the host too. We sang all together and there was no language barrier which could stop us. We had such a wonderful moment. One of the best in my life. Breakfast is speechless. Something extremely good with lots of varieties of food. They know how to accomodate every single request. This place is a AAAAA place. Thanks for all the beautiful memories you gave us."

"This stay was truly satisfying! First and foremost, the room was spotlessly clean and tidy, leaving us feeling incredibly comfortable. The bedding was fresh, and the facilities were well-maintained, making it a truly reassuring experience. The host couple was incredibly warm and friendly. From check-in to check-out, I felt genuinely cared for and attentive throughout the entire experience, making communication smooth and enjoyable. Most commendable was their thoughtful service: not only did they proactively provide pick-up and drop-off from the high-speed rail station (which was spot-on, saving us the hassle of lugging our luggage around and trying to find a car), they also enthusiastically and responsibly arranged round-trip transportation to scenic spots. Their meticulous itinerary planning made our trip a breeze. The surroundings are beautiful and convenient. Local restaurants are just a short walk away, ensuring dining options are a breeze. From the ground up to the amenities, this place has been exceptionally well-designed. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and a personal touch. It's an absolute steal!"

"The location of the homestay is excellent, in the upper section of the ancient city of Dongzhai, it is convenient to enter and exit, and there are many restaurants and snack bars around. Due to the regulations, the car 🚗 cannot drive into Dongzhai. We communicated with the boss in advance. After arriving, the boss personally drove 🚗 to pick us up (also left). The boss has a good service attitude, easy to communicate, and took the initiative to upgrade our room. The room has a good view, you can see some attractions in Dongzhai, the room is clean and tidy, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the quality of the bath and shampoo products is good, the bath water is large, and disposable towels and toilet pads are also provided. "This place was a pleasant surprise! The price was super cheap, and we just picked it randomly, expecting it to be terrible, but it turned out to be quite good. The facilities were complete, and the owner was a bit shy but seemed very kind, even giving us a free tour. It's worth mentioning that when we checked out, we went back to take some photos and discovered the view from the 3rd floor was excellent. Also, we saw the housekeeping staff diligently cleaning every floorboard in the rooms, and they really do change all the sheets and pillowcases for each new guest."

"The room was new and very clean. I looked at many guesthouses and finally booked this one with a bit of trepidation. When I arrived, I wasn't disappointed. You could see the rice paddies outside right from the room's glass window. The front desk staff, both the young men and women, were very nice and polite. Every time we came back from going out, they'd proactively ask if we wanted anything to drink. They had Coke and Sprite for the kids, and coffee for the adults. It's located near the end of the village, not far from where the electric shuttle stops. The photos are actual pictures taken inside the room."
