非常不滿意：1、結賬時發現多收500元，我們表示我們不是我們的餐飲消費，他們堅持找小票半小時，導致我們差點錯過大巴。並表示，等找到了我們可以再網上付款（不存在的東西怎麼找？）。2、晚上開着的暖氣片夜裡關掉，導致我孩子感冒。3、強制給5歲小童加床加早餐且收費昂貴，即使我們不需要。4、前台完全不會微笑，好像很討厭這份工作。唯一的好評給餐廳的服務生小哥，非常熱情且非常專業。

The Dar Jasmine offers great service & the Bali Suite is so beautiful/comfortable and well appointed The steps are hard to get through but once you arrive at the foyer to check in - the walk is well worth it - The view is superb The staff were so kind and helpful Unlike FEZ there is less harassment on the market square here The lights of the houses perched up on the hill make the view spectacular at dusk Their swimming pool which was right outside our room was so cold yet refreshing against the searing heat !!!

The Dar Jasmine was a relaxing oasis on our honeymoon. I could not have imagined a more peaceful stay. The hotel has all of the luxuries that you would expect from a boutique hotel: stylish and comfortable rooms, beautiful grounds with an amazing view of the city, and five star service. The staff work so hard to ensure that all guests are cared for. Breakfast in the morning was delicious and enough to keep us full for most of the day. Aside from the beautiful city of Chefchaouen, relaxing by the pool and in room massages were top highlights from our stay. We are leaving relaxed, recharged and more in love with Morocco’s beauty and incredible hospitality.

It is a beautiful place with a stunning view. Be prepared to climb 150 stairs to the main office. Get your wine before you climb the stairs - there is only on wine store in town. They don't offer wine for purchase, but they will serve you the wine you bring. They made us feel comfortable bringing our own wine. The food was spectacular - at breakfast and for dinner. You don't need to leave! Enjoy a beautiful view of the sunset from the hotel - no need to go to the spanish mosque to see sunset.

I can’t say how much I loved staying here. I’d been on the go for so many days and after walking the Medina of Chefchouen, I was welcomed to an oasis of tranquility. The climb of 700+ stairs to get to the Riad are well worth it. At the top you are met with a welcome drink and from that point forward the hospitality is on point. I was shown to my lovely room decorated in an Asian style where I enjoyed the shower and amenities. Then I found a peaceful place to read a book while watching the sunset. No need to go back down and the. Up again those stairs because the restaurant with its professional chef is delightful. You do need to order in advance so they can be prepared for you. I would definitely stay here again. Frankly I wish I had time to stay a few days and relax the way the road is designed to do for its guests.
