房間和圖片一致，裝修風格很喜歡，各種設施佈置簡約大方，衞生very乾淨，讓人住着放心。酒店在景區周邊、離站點距離真的很近，出行方便。白色床品，整體衞生乾淨清爽。服務熱情，有求必應，無可挑剔。

出差路過這家酒店，看點評分還不錯、性價挺高的、選擇入住了天泰酒店，乾淨寬敞的客房、完善的設施、貼心的服務，彷彿置身家中，温馨舒適，酒店的硬件設施和軟件設施都很好,水龍頭淋浴頭都是配了不錯的品牌,可見酒店方的品位很不錯！酒店內部有大眾洗浴、可以拿房卡去洗浴免費洗澡，總體來説是值得推薦的酒店！

每次來承德幾乎都住這家酒店，酒店工作人員服務熱情周到，房間的床品乾淨整潔，隔音效果不錯👍一整晚都睡的很安靜🤫設施設備挺新的，交通便利，離旅遊景區非常近，門口就有公交站點，方便！我是感覺值得推薦

看攜程網點評挺好的就來這家酒店，總體感覺還是不錯😌，前台小姑娘服務態度挺暖❤️的！房間衞生很乾凈！洗澡水不錯👌大小噴頭都有，細節做得到位，酒店有洗衣房，可以免費洗衣服！很方便，總之值得信賴的酒店，槓槓滴！！
