Hotels in University Town/Chengde Wanda Plaza, Chengde

Even though I was just passing through Chengde and only stayed one night, I chose Zhaofeng International Hotel once more. This was my fourth stay, and I've noticed a significant improvement in the overall quality of 'soft' services (e.g., staff attentiveness and efficiency) compared to a year and a half ago. The rooms are very comfortable, and the high-floor river view is absolutely stunning. Parking is very convenient, and the surrounding area is quite pleasant. I hope they continue their efforts to achieve even higher standards and provide guests with an even better experience. I'll certainly be back if the opportunity arises!

The hotel has a beautiful environment, complete room facilities, comfortable beds, good bedding, clean and hygienic environment, many breakfast varieties, delicious mutton soup, delicious small hot pot upstairs, friendly service staff, fast check-in and check-out. A small suggestion ~ It's okay to use large bottles of toiletries, but now express hotels have already used toiletries that cannot be unscrewed. As the best hotel in Chengde, we are still using them, which is prone to safety hazards.

We were warmly welcomed on checking in, and were pleasantly surprised to be given a complimentary upgrade, followed by a room with a waterfront view. The travel desk offered private English-speaking tours to various locations; we took the tour to the famed Mountain Resort 避暑山庄. Hospitality provided by the reception desk was graciously warm. All-in-all, I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone staying over, even if it were just for 1 night.

I must give the hotel a big thumbs up! The service staff of the hotel all had smiles on their faces. After arriving at the hotel, Xiao Sun, Xiao Zhang and Xiao Cao were very enthusiastic and the check-in procedure was quick. If you encounter any needs during your stay, contact the front desk and they will respond quickly and solve them appropriately. They truly think about what the guests want and address their concerns. It makes you feel at home, the room is very clean, and the location of the hotel is also very convenient, with many shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this hotel!

With children staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in the high-tech zone, I really feel good. The hotel is not far from the high-speed exit. There is a big supermarket next to the hotel. Shopping is very convenient. The hotel also has charging piles. It makes travel worry-free. The breakfast is also very rich. The children like it very much. The weather in Chengde is really good. I went to the villa and it was really not a loss for the royal garden. The scenery was beautiful. The hotel's small hot pot was also good. The lamb was really delicious. The overall stay exceeded the experience and I would come again when I had time.

I am still very satisfied with the hotel's environment and services. The hotel is an above-ground parking lot. The overall facilities and equipment of the hotel are very comprehensive. Dining in the hotel is convenient and the breakfast tastes very good.

It is very close to Chengde High-speed Railway Station, which is convenient for travel and accommodation. The hotel is equipped with restaurants, swimming pools and gyms, which are convenient for entertainment and dining. The overall environment is good and the service level is very high.

Although I want to come to a place to stay quietly, this hotel feels very good to me. I will definitely come to Chengde in the future. This hotel is definitely the first choice. The little brother at the front desk was very good, because he had not arrived at the check-in time, and he also visited other rooms, and upgraded the room type for free. I wanted to stay for one night, but I didn't hesitate to stay for another night.

Environment: Close to the Chengde South Railway Station Square, with the high-speed rail station across the road, suitable for friends who want to catch a train. The building is very new and the equipment and facilities are basically complete. Service: Good service attitude. Breakfast is outsourced and is served in a restaurant in the square downstairs.

The room is clean and tidy, the details are thoughtful and considerate, and the price-performance ratio is high. Although there is no breakfast, it is convenient to order KFC breakfast takeaway. The mutton soup nearby is good, and a large sesame cake is enough for 2 people. It's very fast to get a taxi downstairs. There is a dedicated underground parking space.
