Beautiful design, spacious and clean. The room is designed more for couples. There is bath tub but no bubble bath provided.
The breakfast dining area is elegant and looks out to the garden. Food wise is adequate.
The front desk staff Echo is very friendly and helpful.

Very good location near to shopping centre and good food. Staffs are very polite and professional. Great experience for last minute travelling. Will come back to this hotel again.

Very fancy and modern hotel, I was impressed with the quality considering the price was very reasonable compared to western countries. The staff were friendly and polite. My only complaint would be some of the technology in the room, the control panel for aircon/blinds/lights etc didn’t work properly, nothing happened when clicking many of the buttons and the English translation was poor and incorrect. The mall next door is very nice.

Love this hotel. It is uniquely decorated with different beautiful materials. The rooms are large and nicely decorated with 2 different designs (contemporary modern and traditional eastern) . I had the opportunity to stay in both designs.
The only hiccup, I was assigned a room with cracks on both wash basins and requested for a room changed.

Location nearby two many things
1) shopping mall which have everything you need, restaurants , cafe , clothing , supermarket .
2) walking distance to a street food which open late
Hotel decoration is very unique and beautiful, spacious too
Room size is excellent and I personally prefer the classic design which located on the upper floor . The shampoo and body wash smell amazing . Room and toilet is clean . Great work by the housekeeping
There is a garden in lobby floor which looks beautiful.

Very nice layout of room with lovely design and excellent comfort. Customer service in the hotel can be improved; doormen can be more proactive in directing didi cars into the hotel driveway and assisting with luggages and concierge can be more responsive to reply to emails from upcoming staying hotels asking for assistance to book restaurant reservations.
