地理位置好，離地鐵2號線牛王廟站很近，房間設施齊全並且很新，乾淨整潔，整個公寓樓屬於比較高端的那種，樓下前台很熱情每次幫你按電梯，周圍各種商鋪早餐店火鍋店齊全，房東小姐姐也很好，唯一缺點水壓可能不夠，洗澡水流很小。

房子挺智能的，就是枕頭和被子有潮味，衞生打掃的尚可，半夜12點多隔壁在嗨歌，找了管理員投訴之後才睡成。
