Chengdu ONE Hotel (Global Center Financial City)

A very good business with beautiful night views. It is located on Tianfu Avenue, opposite the Global Center.

On the 49th floor, you can see the Twin Towers. The environment is okay, but the drying function of the washing machine is broken. I stayed for only two days and I didn't bother to tell the front desk because there was no housekeeper and the pager in the room was out of power. It's worth staying. The details of the room are well done. There is a shopping mall downstairs next door with everything you need.

The room has a wide view. Standing in front of the window, you can see the bustling night view of Chengdu. The small items in the room make people feel the hotel's thoughtfulness. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Chengdu.

I would like to write a review here to remind everyone to choose carefully. First of all, the attitude of the hotel staff is extremely indifferent. Whether I was checking in at the front desk or meeting the service staff in the hotel, they seemed to be indifferent and completely devoid of any enthusiasm or courtesy. Such a cold service attitude makes people feel very uncomfortable. Secondly, the sanitary condition of the room is also very average. There were obvious stains on the sheets and pillowcases, the bathroom floor didn't look like it had been thoroughly cleaned, and the towels had a strange smell. The overall sanitary conditions are far from what a hotel should be. What's even more disappointing is that I chose a package that included airport transfer service when booking, but the hotel staff ignored this service at all upon arrival. Even though I reminded them many times, they had no response. In the end, I had to take a taxi to the airport myself, which added a lot of trouble and expense. In short, the experience of staying at Chengdu ONE Hotel this time was very poor. Both the service quality and room hygiene are disappointing.
