樓層高，電梯房，有Wifi，雙床1.2×2，獨立衞浴，每房均有大瓶裝水，可以遠眺市區風景，以及近觀車水馬龍，連續續訂了兩晚，女老闆人好（不厭其煩），房價親民，是一個比較好的旅遊落腳之地。

首先 大學生不騙人！真的很好！房間非常好 床很大 然後一進來第一感覺就是非常非常乾淨 我住過最實惠最乾淨的旅館了 而且那個一次性的牙刷也要比其他的酒店好很多 很結實刷着不疼 地板也是非常乾淨感覺都反光了 衞生間也很乾凈！！老闆夫妻倆人也特別好！床單也非常乾淨 而且枕頭非常舒服 我出去住一般都不會很好睡眠 但是這睡的非常安心 五星好評，！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！

基本的配置都沒有，自己的住房改裝成客房，圖片與現實中完全不符合，最基本的牙刷、牙膏、毛巾、空調遙控器都沒有，還沒有熱水，嚴重懷疑相關的手續是否合格，被單都是自己洗。沒有達到消毒漂洗。差評差評差評

這樣的價位還能有什麼追求，能安靜的睡一覺洗個熱水澡喝口熱茶就可以了，地方不大，條件很一般，作為轉車的落腳點還行，就是位置有一點偏，在小區裏面，找的時候需費些神。

這家客棧在一個小區裏，還有門禁，安保十分好，周圍晚上也沒有雜音，本來定的舒適單間但租出去了，房東阿姨還特意換成豪華單間，租完又續租了一天，整體居住感受很好。
