The Hidden House was by far the best hotel we stayed in during our 3-week journey through China – truly the cherry on top of our trip! 🍒✨
Everything was flawless: the room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered an amazing view. We were warmly welcomed with tea and drinks waiting in the room, which immediately set the tone.
The staff were outstanding – not only did they speak excellent English, but they were incredibly thoughtful. Since our trip was for my husband’s birthday, they surprised us with the sweetest gesture: a panda cake! 🐼🎂 Absolutely unforgettable.
Breakfast was another highlight, with plenty of variety – from dumplings and noodles to pastries – all enjoyed with a beautiful view.
We cannot recommend The Hidden House enough. Every detail was so well thought out, making it the most memorable stay of our entire trip. 💛

The location is very convenient, and the staff is very friendly. We booked a mini room, but it is larger than expected. Although there is limited space for opening the luggage, there are a comfy big bed, toilet and bathroom separated, and very sufficient room near the sink. The interior design is also very warm and cozy without losing the essence of Chinese tradition. A point to note, the front desk is not on the ground floor, so it might take some time to locate the hotel, especially arriving at night.

Clean and nice room with very good views. Location is the best as there’s a lot local eateries and Lan Kwai Fung is right across the street. Not noisy at all. Very happy with the stay. Breakfast buffet is very limited but ok because there’s always cheap eats around the hotel. Very good food just 2 blocks away.

The location is simply great. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. The room is really beautiful, modern furniture, clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was great too!
I had a room with the bridge view, so good to go wake up with that view in the morning!
Should I be back to Chengdu, I will be bsck here fo sure!

The stay was great: the room was lovely, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was okay. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and professional, and the guy made us a delicious welcome drink. The view from the terrace was spectacular! Last but not least: two adorable little parrots at the entrance.
