The room is very good, I am very satisfied, I have lived twice, the front desk is very efficient, the room is very good, the sanitation is well cleaned, the environment near the hotel is very good, the breakfast is delicious, various, the elevator is being repaired, the new elevator is really intimate, the service staff will greet you very enthusiastically, the little girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and enthusiastic to give breakfast, and also help me upgrade for free. Location and counter staff were ok, the security and the lady taking care of the dining area were like 'not welcoming'. If like customer there is like giving them job, while they forgot it is indeed customer is paying their salary in someway. Anyway, the building is VERY OLD. It was a bit scary when we first arrived, the whole building smell mala and the building having other biz occupancy, which anyone can enter without check or question.

The hotel is situated near the Siguniangshan bus station, making it an ideal base for exploring the mountain. Local shops and restaurants are within walking distance. While the location is excellent, the room I stayed in had a strong odor of cigarettes, If you don't like it you need to book a non-smoking room.

great location walking distance from mrt, shopping mall and food stores. 2 ladies at reception are very nice and helpful, trying to help booking taxi. they also upgrade room to be bigger one. good value for money

room : big but not clean too much
Staff : very bad , ask many time but no try to help .

To be honest it didn’t feel very clean but I can’t complain too much. Great location, a short walk away from a metro station. The hotel was a little hard to find as the entrance is at the back of the building. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was average.
