當我踏入這家酒店的大堂，被熱情的迎接和温馨的氛圍所感染。客房寬敞明亮，一掃旅途的疲憊。酒店員工無不展現出專業和友善，熱情的向我們介紹周邊景點，搭乘地鐵去逛了春熙路太古裏，到了晚上還看了裸眼3D看大熊貓，真的太酷啦，科技感爆棚 。更重要的是，酒店地理位置優越，交通便利，讓我的出行更加便捷。這是一次完美的入住體驗，下次到成都旅遊，還會選擇希岸酒店

第三次住咱們家酒店了，服務依舊很好，前台換了幾批小姐姐啦，每次我都會讓前台小姐姐給我送被子，都送的很準時，房間也是一天一換，房間是倆層，風格都不一樣，我更喜歡16樓的風格更活潑

酒店在雙楠這個商圈，距離成都職業技術學院青羊校區衹有1.3公里，酒店旁邊有地鐵3號線紅牌樓地鐵站，所以對我來説很方便。周邊吃的很多，都是火鍋、串串、烤魚、燒烤等等四川風味的，中餐衹有雞毛店還不錯。聽前台引導，這裏武侯祠、寬窄巷子、杜甫草堂差不多都衹有3公里左右的距離，所以辦完事去玩一下也很不錯，但是時間有限，最後衹去了寬窄巷子，去打了個卡，看了個變臉，采了個耳，感受了一下地道的成都人生活，很是愜意。這幾年來成都的時候也挺多，越來越喜歡這個城市。

總共住了兩天
第一天住的地方
設施
1- 房間的燈具有很多壞的，牆上燈具按鈕寫的和實際的開關關係不是很大。採光不好但燈也不亮。都是小燈，夠睡覺，辦公看資料是完全不夠
其他比如衞生間浴室燈不亮，中間的洗漱台有小燈；比如書桌的枱燈，牆上按鈕按了沒用，桌上也沒看到有開關的
2-空調。進門的牆上有空調設定板，開關設定都有顯示有反應，但沒用。多次嘗試等待生效無反應後（一個多小時的反覆確認），找前台，説要用遙控器才對。
空調打開有水撞擊金屬管道的聲音，五分鐘有四分鐘在響，聲音挺大。第一天晚上反饋前台，沒人響應。我被吵的睡不着，捱到天亮，七點打電話反饋，維修師傅説是挺吵沒法弄，給我換個房間吧。（超無語，天亮了換啥換）
3-電視
進房間插卡後電視自動打開，有酒店廣告，無聲。我沒用，在我快睡着的時候，突然很大聲的酒店廣告聲音，直接把我嚇醒了。桌上兩個遙控器都關不掉，反饋前台，給我説小遙控器，我多次嘗試後關掉了。要非常用力的按，有點用力都不行。
小細節是用了酒店提供的鉛筆，看着好的，一寫就斷了
第二天行程有變，續住換了一個房間給我。燈都好的，電視沒圖片出聲嚇到我，天氣熱了沒用空調，總之就是體驗還行，但是更撐託前面房間的離譜體驗？
誇一下，這個酒店有女性專用套件，給女孩子很大的安全感了。這一點非常加分
吹風機非常好用
投訴多了，第二天給我一個香薰道歉。我沒拆但是看着不值錢。我退還了説給我面膜眼罩，後來拿了個傘

升級了房間，衞生間很大，有獨立的外窗，視野開闊。
酒店服務很好，敲門的時候沒有像之前入住的酒店，莽莽撞撞，還沒等反應過來就開了，前台姐妹特別禮貌，耐心的給帶到車庫，推薦周邊美食。
房間熱水很棒，設施乾淨，酒店距離武侯祠.錦裏.杜甫草堂都很近，又少了住在市中心的擁擠，物有所值。
