Extremely bad! There was someone doing antique business opposite the hotel room. The door was open and they were still noisy in the middle of the night. This was my first experience! I complained to the hotel and the hotel said there was nothing they could do. Very bad service attitude 👎 If there is business going on in the hotel guest floor in the middle of the night, you should not take orders from normal guests!

The room is separated from the bathroom by a wall. It’s not like other hotels that only have a dry and wet separation or frosted glass. This is the most rubbish hotel I have ever stayed at at this price. It rained that night because there was no parking lot. I parked on the side of the road to get my things. My clothes got wet from the rain. When I entered the hotel, the two front desks didn't show any sign of it. They watched me put my things on the ground and looked for my ID. The sound of cars and rain outside was so loud that I couldn't sleep at all. I had to change rooms in a panic at 1 o'clock in the evening. The front desk was not helpful at all. When they came to show me the room, their attitude was also very bad. I won't comment on other things, it varies from person to person, but I really can't stand the service attitude and soundproofing. It was the most disappointing experience in my trip to Chengdu.
