Nice hotel with great location, it just a short distance to IFS Panda and the pick-up and drop-off point of Tianfu Airport Express Bus. Clean, tidy and good room conditions, every the looks new. Variety choices of tv shows, drama and movies.

晚上12點多到的酒店 前台一直在等我們 沒有入住之前酒店會給我們打電話 告訴我們怎麼到酒店最方便 很貼心周到！最重要的是 乾淨衞生，確實很乾凈 聽前台説去年年底才新開的酒店 基礎設施 環境沒的説
設施：前台有24小時熱水提供 房間裏該有的也都有挺齊全的
衞生：床品舒服 乾淨 房間沒異味 房間東西很整齊
環境：酒店28樓 視野非常好 晚上非常安靜 對我我們這種睡眠質量不高的人 太友好了
服務：酒店24小時管家式的服務 前台小夥耐心解答問題 服務周到
地理位置優越 環境還好 也乾淨 價格和合適 下次來還是會選擇住這裏 體驗感非常棒！

在春熙路逛了半天 找了好多酒店 要不就是太遠了找不到 要不就是衞生條件 簡直不敢直視 直到在地鐵口看到熊貓觀景酒店 就上去看了看 前台耐心的帶我們看了房間 價格也還算合理！ 主要是乾淨，真的真的比起很多酒店 他們家衞生算直到良心的了！ 不説一塵不染吧 至少 你看得到 摸得到的地方 都很乾凈 去年才試營業的酒店 裏面東西什麼全都是新的 要來春熙路的兄弟姐妹們真的可以來看看這家酒店 安靜 乾淨 安全 前台24小時管家式服務 很貼心 大大的好評 ！ 推薦推薦

非常差的酒店，衞生、硬件設施、服務都非常差，連基本的住宿條件都沒法滿足，還拒不退款！
衞生：衞生間有遺留的洗臉巾，不知道是之前客人還是保潔人員留下的；
設施：晚上房間沒熱水！！！澡都洗不了！而且房間設計非常反人類，浴室沒有任何放東西的地方，洗髮露沐浴露衹能放地上，毛巾衣服放外面裸奔出來擦；
服務：晚上前台衹有一個保潔大媽在，反映問題很不順暢，我提出退房後大媽聯繫老闆説當天房費衹能退一半，我要求全額退款，對方讓我直接聯繫平台處理，於是我直接收拾行李離店。結果第二天聯繫平台協商處理時，商家堅持當天房費一分錢都不退，雖然我的訴求是全額退款，但是商家連頭一天晚上自己説的退一半房費都反悔，真是從未見過如此無賴的商家。
看其他評論裏商家反駁對方説自己想錢想瘋了，在我看來那位客人真是一點都沒説錯，房間沒有裝修完就拿來賺錢（我反映衞生間沒有任何支架時大媽説過年沒裝修完），衞生不達標，沒有熱水，連最基本的住宿條件都無法滿足，一心衹想着賺錢。平台協商時反覆以客人提出退房時間太晚、入住時間超過幾小時為理由拒絕退款，總之你衹要辦理了入住平台把錢給到他們，遇到問題不管住不住你都別想退回一分錢，純純的無賴。
順帶一提，攜程的服務非常好，客服小姐姐耐心溝通了好幾輪，奈何商家拒不退款，並且平台也無權直接操作商家賬户進行退款，衹能以平台補償的形式儘量彌補我的損失，客服小姐姐最終幫我爭取到300元的補償，非常推薦大家使用攜程訂酒店，不過平台對商家的約束力有限，大家一定要注意甄別此類不良商家。
