Renhe Spring Hotel Reviews

A Chinese friend recommended this hotel for to me. It is a luxurious, comfortable and beautifully designed hotel. The rooms are spacious and warm with amazing bathrooms. The breakfast buffet is especially good with great Chinese and Western dishes. The staff are also very good and a big thank you to the Guest Services Manager Mr. Ken Kang who helped me organise transportation, and personally helped organise my stay into a very pleasant one. Great hotel, will definitely return.

Stunning hotel highly recommend Staff were amazing. Breakfast was fantastic close to everything including the Metro line rooms were gorgeous really enjoyed our stay.

Our six-day family vacation at the Renhe Spring Hotel was an absolute dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, especially for our two young children. They even surprised us with a free room upgrade, making our spacious accommodations even more luxurious. But what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional dining experience. Carrie, the restaurant manager, and Betty, the restaurant supervisor, made every breakfast and dinner a feast for the senses. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Their warm and attentive service made us feel like cherished guests. We can't thank the entire team enough for making our vacation unforgettable. We will definitely be back!

Very well maintained facilities and friendly staff. We stayed at Renhe 7 years ago and there is not a single sign of fading. The bathroom, bedding and everything are clean. Cao Tang and Juan Hua Xi Park are within walking distance. The breakfast buffet selection is great and they even change their menu partially every day. The mall is not as busy as it used to be, but plenty of food choices nearby.

We have an amazing hospitality in the past 5 days. Ken (小康) and the entire service crew team had been providing a 5 stars services during our stay. We arrived hotel at 8.30 am after a long haul flight from Rome. Ken and front desk staff helped us to check in earlier so that we could take some rest. Good Job!

The service of this hotel is very good. I also like the decoration style of the hotel, which meets the standards of star-rated hotels. I was very tired during the Spring Festival trip to Chengdu and was worried about the accommodation environment. I didn't expect the hotel to be so outstanding. There are shops next to it, not far from Du Fu Thatched Cottage and Wuhou Temple. Butler Xiao Wei contacted me in advance, sent the location, and sent breakfast to the children, and arranged a satisfactory room. Speaking of breakfast, it feels very delicate, the Western pastries are especially delicious, and the service staff also made coffee for me. The experience is very good. It's a pity that I didn't have time to take pictures during the few days of my stay. I will choose this hotel next time.
