樓下小吃店也太多了吧，下次來一定要好好多待幾天，這次房東給推薦的吃的玩兒的好些都還沒來的及去，有些許遺憾，下次來還會選擇住這裏，房東人特別熱情，這邊交通也很便利。

訂之前看了很多房源，這家性價比比較高，也比較有特色，據説之前都是開發商精裝房，房東後面把房間的配色都專門改過的，交通十分便利，樓下兩條地鐵線，去哪裡都很方便，吃的也特別多。

🚗 交通：就在人民北路地鐵站邊上，一環內，去哪裡都很方便，樓下很多小吃，脆五花讓我迷失了
🧹衞生：很乾凈，床品什麼都還可以
🍃環境：裝修的蠻舒服的，色彩搭配大膽新奇又好看，我喜歡撞色

預訂房間還有升級房型的驚喜哎！
🍃環境：真的沒得説，超級好看，我經常來這裏出差，對龍湖的物業算是比較瞭解了，一般裝修都是統一的精裝，他們家很明顯是精心裝飾過了，很好看～很有特色！
🧹衞生：是OK的，很乾凈，符合酒店標準～
🔔服務：是無接觸入住的，和店家溝通蠻高效的，基本都秒回，哈哈。
🚗 交通：雙地鐵不用説啦，很方便！
以後就定歌今家啦，好漂亮～

公寓酒店，商場停車很貴，房間設施比較舊，有些地方甚至泛黃，衞生間紙巾就一點點，雖然是節假日費用上浮正常，但是加上停車費，同等價位完全可以去找一個更乾淨衞生的連鎖酒店，五一出行體驗感最差的酒店！

謹慎入住下圖房間，301 房間。蟑螂出沒。在衞生間封條裏有幾衹大的，在房間裏面隨機出沒幼崽。
設施：原本訂的另外一間房5 晚，是 302， 投影儀壞了入住前沒告知，入住後提出問題説升級房間。就是 301， 接受了，結果當天晚上發現廁所玻璃防水條裏的蟑螂，以為死的告知負責人，説第二天叫阿姨打掃。結果第三天問阿姨説，沒有看到。圖片都發了，還能沒看到。然後早上起來發現書包上都爬蟑螂了。故要求再換，可以降低，沒有投影也可以但是滿房了。第四天才又回到 302。結果，晚上七點左右突然斷電了，是加裝的插卡取電控件導致的，當天肯定沒法處理了。雖然電力恢復，但是插卡的地方一直在響和不確定會不會再出問題。衹發了紅包安慰，還得自己找地方住。。
衞生：有蟑螂，謹慎入住
環境：在三樓，樓下有餐館，下水道有異味。
服務：衹能説有迴應，但是迴應內容不解決問題。

衞生間是乾濕分離的，這點很不錯，在這裏陸陸續續住了十幾天的，體驗還是不錯的。離地鐵站也比較近，交通方便。
