酒店位置在老小區，佈局類似合租房。有兩道鎖，一道防盜門密碼一道門鎖，所以還是安全。優點是距離川師近，出行和吃東西也都方便，路上都是學生，很安心。房間隔音一般，好在鄰住都有禮貌，大家聲音都小，不影響睡眠。衞生可以，有一次性牙具，吹風，書桌。姐的服務態度也好，房間住滿了換的另一個大的。總之這個價格值得，推薦

老闆親自接，還幫忙拿行李箱。位置嘎嘎好！出地鐵口隔壁小區就是，簡直太近了。離東站也僅有兩站，很方便

我在網上訂的是藍色公寓（劼人路分店）的房間，但是房東説已經滿了就帶我到不遠的嘉和園一期2幢一單元803號房間，有兩張床，一張大的，另一張是單人，比較乾淨，通風。來成都考試，住了三個晚上，挺好住的。離成都東站比較近。小區裏面也很安靜。

是小區住房改造的，雖然圖片看着裝飾不錯，該有的東西都有，但是房間衞生死角很多，遙控器、桌子上都有一層灰，桌子不夠用，擺東西都擺不開，窗户關了還是飛蟲蟲進來，停車也不好停。總體來説能住，但是住得沒得質量。
