We booked a lakeside twin room at Dong'an Pavilion Hotel early. Because 09:15 was my child's birthday, I called the hotel and asked them to prepare a birthday cake for us. When we checked in at 09:15 in the afternoon, Gao Haoyun, who checked in at the front desk, told us that the cake had been prepared for us and upgraded the room type to a lakeside twin room. At the same time, we were given travel vouchers, beverage vouchers, and tickets for the gymnastics competition, which touched us very much. As soon as we entered the room, we felt clean and tidy, spacious and bright, which made people feel very happy. When we returned to the room after dinner in the restaurant, we saw the paintings, greeting cards and fruit plates drawn by Mr. Gao Haoyun himself, wishing my daughter a happy birthday. My daughter was very moved. This stay at Dong'an Pavilion Hotel made us very happy and happy. In addition to the efficient, fast, proactive, caring and enthusiastic reception of Mr. Gao Haoyun at the front desk, the room aunt Jiang Xiaoying also left us an unforgettable impression. We just said that the weather was hot, and she prepared a few more bottles of mineral water for us in the room. Such proactive and thoughtfulness really made us unforgettable. The breakfast restaurant tastes good, and the health concept is very avant-garde. But there are also some flaws, such as the strong odor in the room, which should be the smell of decorative materials, so I always try to open the door for ventilation, but there is no way to sleep at night. The network is extremely poor. The children's iPad and my mobile phone can't watch videos normally, and sometimes browsing the web will be stuck. There are many mosquitoes in the room on the first floor. This is difficult to avoid, but it does affect the comfort, especially the private hot spring pool is basically feeding mosquitoes... What must be complained is the travel photography project. The package given by the hotel is actually a naked diversion of guests (since it is a diversion, there must be a mechanism for cooperation, so what kind of gift, to put it bluntly, is also wool from the sheep). 3 photos are given in a piece, and the others need to be purchased by yourself. It sounds fair, but in fact the price you need to buy is far higher than the current price on the market, similar to letting you enter the marketing package first, and then slowly consume. Of course, you can also say that you don't have to buy it, but in this process, the guests also spent time and energy to cooperate. As a hotel, it is best not to cooperate with such a project that makes people feel very uncomfortable. After all, it will affect the reputation of your own hotel in the end. The price of booking a private studio online is much more reasonable than this. I spent time shooting and selecting the film. I spent time and energy tossing back and forth, creating an atmosphere of "tasteless food, a pity to throw away". In the end, because of the inflated price, people feel fooled. I really suggest that the hotel should not engage in such projects in the future. The gain is not worth the loss! Maybe I will stay in this hotel again, but I definitely don't recommend everyone to accept this travel photography project!

I love the new Chinese style. It is located in the park and Dong'an Pavilion. The environment is elegant, comfortable and quiet. The staff are very considerate and smiling throughout the whole process. The most surprising thing is that the hotel has a special shuttle bus for Andy Lau's concert. It is really thoughtful. If I have the opportunity to go to Chengdu again, I will still choose this hotel.
