房東服務很好，有什麼問題可以及時溝通解決！我因為行程問題需要取消一晚，房東都很理解，協助我跟平台聯繫解決。説一下房子，乾淨衞生，跟圖片相符！陽台視野很好～就在春熙路里麪，下樓就到IFS了，交通便捷。不足有兩點：第一要避開高峯期坐電梯，因為比較多人要等挺久的。第二是可能在31樓的原因，洗澡水有點小了。

挺簡潔，床是用磚頭砌成的在上面鋪了張床墊，桌子和椅子是八十年代那種，洗手池直接是水泥的，別具一番風格，交通很方便，下樓沒幾步就到地鐵站，就是電梯太難等了，環境有點嘈雜，入住的最後一天晚上發生了一點小插曲，房裡沒有電了，也不知道什麼時候停的，手機也沒充上電。

房間挺不錯，還有個陽台，房間比較乾淨，挺有設計風格，晚上坐在陽台吹吹風也不錯，樓下就是春熙路商業街，

忘記拍照片，住了三晚，中途管家還安排保潔過來補日用品，態度很好。就在ifs旁邊，去地鐵站或者去景點或者逛街都很方便。第一天晚上，熱水器壞了，第二天也立刻安排修理了。

除開隔音（晚上能聽到門外同一層有動靜）一點，完全好評！第一，230元以內，我訂的時候同期可以選擇附近不少連鎖，但這裏下樓20米便利店+麥當勞，30米伊勢丹，40米伊藤，50米地鐵站1.3號線，不能更方便了。第二，室內活動面積很大，落地窗景色也不錯。相比連鎖，在房間裏不覺得蝸居。第三，傢俱擺設和整體色調寧靜淡雅。
