早餐品種不多，很普通，房間裏設施簡單大方，沒衣櫃衹有衣架，床鋪有點硬，但睡覺很舒適，房間衞生很乾凈整齊

中規中矩，離温泉近，泡温泉還有個環形水上漂，小孩比較喜歡。房間沒有特別出彩的地方，床有點硬，酒店外部還算比較好。

酒店設施一般，外圍環境還行，但從客房步行至温泉入口有點遠，估計大幾百米。估計是淡季，沒什麼人，但早上的早餐就不敢恭維，自助餐全部空空如也，説擺在廚房，（根本沒擺）我們心裏明白淡季原因也沒説什麼，“點了”幾個湯麪，兩個餃子兩個包子，除了湯麪其他都難以下嚥，想要幾個煎蛋，服務員回覆要收費，2.5元一個！水煮蛋就可以有不加錢，太無語了。其中一個朋友抱怨説：雖然簡單但也不能這麼隨便吧？此時那個服務員才説算了，我給你們煎幾個不收錢…這根本不配收四百多的房價

環境不錯，空氣很好，房間很大，還有台麻將，服務方面急需提升，從辦理入住，温泉前台，早餐服務，退房服務，所有遇到的服務員都是同一副嘴臉，沒有任何笑容，感覺説多一句都很不耐煩，早餐的品種少的可憐，其他客人都在吐槽早餐差，進到餐廳沒人招呼，等拿了餐坐下就走過？來收早餐卷，1.2幾小朋友肚子不舒服，就吃了幾口白粥説要收16元一位，收錢事小，問題是服務和菜品根本沒跟上，大打折扣。還有一個要注意的，有些房價是不含温泉門票的，定温泉酒店就是要去泡温泉，結果還不含温泉票，現場門票110，網上99元

門鎖變形很鬆，門與牆留有大夾縫，看得見外面，很沒有安全感。牆上有污漬。酒店四周很安靜，但房間窗外是很大的空調主機聲音。離市中心開車16分鐘左右

到郴州出差，在攜程選到這個酒店，可以泡温泉，離市區也不遠打車很方便，房間環境還不錯，很安靜，一打開房間居然還有機麻，可惜我一個人沒法打😂温泉不錯，泡池特別多，各種各樣的養生泡池，還有水療館熱蒸，這個性價比贏麻了，手動推薦
