Every time you come to Chenzhou on business, the Campanile Hotel is the first choice. The hotel is newly renovated. The elevator has a ladder to protect the privacy and safety of guests. You can play, the room is relatively quiet by the community, there are 2 free parking lots, the front desk service is enthusiastic, I recommend everyone to stay!

設施：空調開了一晚上，房間內一點不暖，暖氣效果極差，房間熱水放一分鐘才會出熱水，這冬天冷的不行，浴室水壓也很小！

一次極差的入住體驗。
首先隔音極差無比，酒店的3 4 5樓均有打麻將的家庭套房，如果你不幸被分配到3 4 5樓的普通房間，而剛好又有人在打麻將，好了，這一晚上你別想睡覺了，打牌、洗牌、挪凳子、聊天的聲音一直從晚上十點持續到早上四點，我早上五點半起來去趕高鐵，可以説是一晚沒睡。
二、酒店的處理態度極差。我第一次打電話反應隔音極差，隔壁有人打麻將的事實，酒店一男性前台一口咬定我居住隔壁沒有麻將房，不存在噪音一説，我再三堅持下，説他們會要求住客保持安靜，當然住客根本不聽，我懷疑前台根本就沒説。
一段時間後打麻將的聲音依然極其之大，我再次打電話給前台要求換房間，一女性前台態度極不情願，第一反應就是説換不了，沒房間了，我直接回答她攜程上目前都可以訂，肯定有房間，她見狀不吱聲了，説會再次與麻將房溝通讓他們聲音小點便把電話掛了。
當然麻將房的聲音沒有小一點，我打了第三次電話要求換房間，這次前台同意了，可惜換到的是五樓，依然有房間打麻將，衹不過此時已經十一點，折騰了三次，我們已經沒力氣再與酒店周旋。草草休息下了。據家人反映凌晨四點自然能聽到打牌、説話的聲音。
我認為設定麻將房不是什麼問題，打麻將也是人家住客的權益，那麼請把隔音做好、不要把麻將房設在普通房的周圍，打擾普通住客的休息，前台的處理也是讓人火冒三丈印象極差。
攜程客服也很抽象，半夜十二點突然打電話來問我有什麼問題，好不容易睡著了，又被這個電話吵醒，夾雜着外面的麻將聲，心裏的怒火難消，可以説是一晚上沒睡好，一次極差的居住體驗
